Gentle Acting 25 mg Laxative Pills
These blue ground smooth-coated pills work within four to five hours. I add a stool softener gel pill with them-but not necessary. Works gently with consistently good results. They are tasteless-no bad after taste. No fragrance-good thing. They are a great value for your money.

NOT everybody poops
I experience the terrible fate of will I our won't I sometimes. That heavy feeling sitting in your gut really does make a difference in a negative way. This helped me without the extreme cramping. If you do not want to use alternatives like inserting other ways of getting relief you can try these. B unfortunately being cheese is a favorite food, these help in those stuck situations! They are small, easy to swallow and do not leave an after taste, that important. Take it go to sleep and awaken after going to the restroom refreshed and ready to take on the day!
