I actually bought this on a whim a while ago but only just got around to using it when my convertable laptop keyboard started playing up, so flipped the laptop into tent mode and used this set instead.For the budget price it certainly gets the job done without hiccups. Just put the batteries in , plug in the USB receiver and you're good to go. No connection issues. The keyboard does feel a bit cheap and light but the typing actually feels quite good, the keys have a lot of play which I like. I'd say better than the laptop keyboard itself. The minor negatives are the useful media/volume keys being behind the funtion key, with the very curious decision to put the volume up function key BEFORE volume down, which does catch you out. There's no programmable features to customise the keys but for the price point not a surprise.The mouse is a little bit larger and more comfortable than many other mini mouses, its lower profile and gentler hump feels better in the hand. The scroll is good with a button to adjust dpi and the clicks are smooth. I do like the mouse.I'll probably look to upgrade (for more programmable features) but for now this will serve me well

This keyboard and mouse suits me fine, they are very personnel, so I guess there is a bit of look in that. With my laptop on a stand and a separate keyboard and mouse I have much better posture, saving my neck and back. Only 4 stars, as I don't know how long it will last, after only having 2 weeks.

I WFH and use a laptop on a stand (so it's at eye height) therefore need a separate keyboard and mouse. I've been using a full-sized wired keyboard and mouse for years, but they look untidy on my desk and the keyboard is too big - I never use the number pad and the positioning makes my body twist to the left to reach the letter keys, resulting in aches in my shoulder, neck, arm and torso. This mini keyboard is perfect - it sits directly in front of my monitor so I'm aligned correctly. It's compact and looks great (I bought the silver one with white keys) and matches my laptop. The white mouse is lightweight and has a noiseless click and also looks very sleek. It's perhaps a bit slim for me and my hand doesn't hug it, but it's otherwise ergonomic and feels nice. It was super easy to set up - the USB was in the mouse and works for both the mouse and keyboard so only takes up one USB slot on your laptop. Pop in 2 x AAA batteries into the mouse and keyboard and you're off - easy wireless connectivity! I've even ditched my keyboard and mouse wrist rests as I don't need them now and it's comfortable to type. One very tiny niggle was the keyboard rattled slightly, which was due to the batteries being a bit loose in the back. I put a strip of sellotape over the batteries to stop them moving and that's fixed it. For under £20 this is brilliant value for money.

Love it. For an inexpensive keyboard, it has a nice springy click to the keys when typing. Size is very handy for a tight spot. Only 29 cm wide. Lightweight without feeling cheap.

I've had 2 of these. The first lasted 2 years when the mouse scroll button gave up. I bought again thinking overall it was OK and although I'd expect the mouse to last longer it was just one of those things. The second one was a big improvement on the mouse but immediately the keyboard kept getting input lag so you end up waiting some seconds to see what its picked up or missed. The old keyboard then didn't work with the new mouse receiver or the new mouse with the old receiver so no mix / match that would work.Update - Customer service contacted me after this review with a suggestion to remedy the lag issue. This did not work but they then sent a replacement which albeit a slightly warped keyboard both mouse and keyboard did work well this time.

Just plug it in and they work. No faffing about with connected/disconnected messages.

Keyboard is light, portable, and perfect size for the couch. The mouse feels great in the hand and functions perfect on many surfaces. The keys feel high-quality. Auto shut-off feature for both is great. Easily the best mouse/keyboard combo I have ever used that is reasonably priced. I would recommend this combo for everyone. Simple to use, great compatibility, great battery life, and it freed up a USB slot--all for a super-low price. This is an incredible value all the way around that doesn't sacrifice performance in any way.

It came quickly but I didn’t open the box and use it for a few months—after the return period. When I finally started using it, after just a few days the space bar stopped working intermittently. I reached out to the company and they promptly replaced it. I feel a company that stands by their products is 5 star.

I use this set daily with my work laptop. No issues connecting and still using the same batteries since October. It is doing a good job.
