Good
Good but the paper is a bit thin and fragile

One of the best papers for marker pens
This comes recommended by my course tutor, as we use marker pens for design projects. Sheer paper, 50-75gsm is what is needed for markers, not 150-200gsm which absorbs all of the ink from your markers and bleeds. Good quality pad, good, reputable name, does the job. Suitable for presentation work and layering for deeper tones.

Great, cheap pad, but be careful when using markers
Paper feels high quality and is thin enough to see through for tracing your designs. I start layout pads from the back of the book and work forward, so you can use the next page to trace without tearing pages out. Tearing sheets out the pad works well too though, hasn’t ripped or damaged any pages yet. My only issue is with the use of my ProMarkers. I use Letraset/Winsor & Newton markers (alcohol based) and have found the although there is minimal bleeding (the ink doesn’t spread far from the point you apply it on the page), the ink does in fact leak through to the page below, and the page below that, and the page below that, and a little onto the page below that.. In total, I’ve had the ink leak through onto 4 pages not including the page you drew on in the first place. It’s an easy enough problem to solve though, I always have a plain piece of printer paper below the page while I’m rendering that will soak up any bleed through or ink leaking. I know there are pads you can buy where the markers won’t bleed through, this isn’t one of those, but it’s cheap and I’m more than happy with it.

Great paper! Not much else to say
I needed Bristol Board for inking some simple comics, this paper doesn't bleed at all with me Staedtler Pigment Liners and is good for a mix of fine lines and thick lines even if they're very close together. The control this paper allows is unparalleled, especially at the price, which is about half that of similar Bristol Boards I've tried. I can only say one small caveat, the paper isn't as smooth as it could be (i.e. I've used smoother), so if you're using it for very fine pencil work you should maybe look elsewhere.

My favourite layout paper. Recommended.
This isn't the cheapest layout paper available but, having tried other brands, is the one I prefer. When I am working on graphics I use lots of this to refine my initial sketches. As it is semi-transparent it will obscure everything except the darkest areas when placed over a drawing allowing one to simplify it into its main shapes. (This is especially useful when using several different pieces of reference into one image or using the same background with different foreground figures.) I find I can get a well composed drawing easily using this and find it really useful. It is also remarkably cheap so I feel able to experiment freely. This is the kind I prefer with a surface that isn't too slippery, accepts most dry media well and is neither too thick or too thin. It's a useful addition to one's armoury but shouldn't be confused with tracing or sketching paper - also indispensable - which have different qualities in terms of opacity and weight.

Best Bristol Board
Definitely my favourite brand of Bristol Board available in the UK. This Bristol has a whiter colour to it than its competitors which is very noticable if you have them side by side, a great smooth surface, and takes repeated erasing well. I use it for working with coloured pencil detail work, inks, art marker, and watercolour washes. Like any Bristol it will buckle under any heavy watercolour use but it will take a light wash without complaint. Would highly recommend this, particularly for anyone who works with art marker or inks since there's very to no little bleed with this stuff.

Left out in the rain by delivery person
The product is good but the delivery person left it outside in the rain so it was wet when I came home.

I would definitely recommend it.
Although I'm not a professional artist, I've been drawing with colored pencils as a hobby for 3-4 years. I've tried about 90% of the paper brands on the market, and the money I've spent aside, the time lost and the disappointment have been even more important to me. I was so impressed with this brand that I felt the need to leave a review. It is perfectly compatible with all my Caran d'Ache, Polychromos, and Prismacolor pencils. It has wonderful white surface.I really recommend it; don't waste your time and definitely give it a try.by the way it was well packed and delivered.
