Great tap and die set for both Metric and SAE sizes.
This tap and die set has worked for several small projects. The storage case is a little cheap, but the tools themselves seem to be of good quality for occasional use. Overall good purchase for the money and better quality than the cheap Harbor Freight sets.

A lot of options.
This tool box provides a lot of options for different sizes both standard and metric. The only thing that I can think of that could be improved is if it came with a small bottle of oil.

Definitely has worked well for me as a hobby. Machineist.
I've been using them with my harbor freight mini lathe and they have done well, several times in the project I'm currently working on. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again. Before this, I had bought a smaller Irwin set at Ace hardware for about $40 and one of the taps in that set stripped on the very first use. I've had no problems with this set at all.

Get what you pay for
Compared to other similar products I've used, these are not intended for heavier gauge metals. Additionally, the handle was not as secure as other products. I broke a few smaller bits during repairs. I have experience in this process and did everything according to specifications; however, there were obvious issues during process as a few bits either broke or wore down just after one use.
