Very nice finish and construction - Great customer service
Very nice finish and construction. Matches stainless sink nicely. Smooth operation. Comes with spare parts, extra washers etc, and quick connects for 1/4 and 3/8" (very nice touch). Install was quick and easy. This is for a single line water feed. Great value. Update: I bought this in 2017. Recently, after 6 years, it began to drip. Needed a new cartridge. I contacted HAVIN via their website. They responded quickly. I sent them a picture of the model. They promptly sent me a free cartridge, I only paid postage ($4.50). Great customer service!! Purified water faucet
Bought this additional faucet for our purified water set up we just had installed. It matches perfectly with another Amazon faucet we purchased. The duo looks good together and both function great. Solid item.

Nice looking, works well, and easy to install. Win, win, win!
So happy we purchased this faucet to use with our new RO system in the kitchen sink. It complements our existing faucet. Lever works smoothly. Spout swivels easily to move it out of way when necessary. Water flow is excellent. And the installer loved the easy connect for the osmosis system. Arrived in a timely manner, with all pieces intact. Have been using it for 5 days. So far, so good!

Great and simple design
The installation of the drinking faucet is very simple and it comes with everything you will need as long as you already had one installed because it doesn’t not come with tubing. Overall very satisfied with this product and it looks and feels fantastic.

Look nice. Good finish.
Very easy to install you clip on a 1/4 connector on the bottom. The finish seems good. I would have gave it five stars but I hooked it up and mine was pouring out water around the handle. I took off the handle and had the tighten the cartridge and after I did that it was just perfectly fine. Why it was loose I have no idea. Works perfect now

What a beauty!
I love this! Hunted around to find a replacement for my leaking RO faucet. I didn't like what I found at the hardware stores they were so cheap & plastic looking. I needed it fast so prime to the rescue. Love the ease of the handle, the quality & heavy duty feel. The water comes out quickly it's great. *11-10-2020 update It works the same as it did from the start even after two thirsty Arizona summers. The fit & finish have held up nicely in my busy household still looks new.

Measuer First
It arrived quickly and was easy to install, with one exception. The hole cut in my tile was oversize, greater than 1". They include a piece to use on top of the countertop, however I had to use the bottom washer from the old faucet to secure it to the counter. If I had not had that piece I would have been unable to install it. A simple fix would be to include an over size washer the same size. Other than that it looks nice.
