Works great. Connects fast.
Connects immediately when you actually use the DDlock app that comes with the Veise lock. Couldn’t be easier. Don’t bother with other gateways like I did. They just don’t work. Hopefully it keeps working. I tested it and it definitely locks and unlocks the door just fine. Nice and small. Have mine sitting at the back of my desk where I barely notice it. People whining that it doesn’t come with a usb block need to get over it. Barely any device comes with them these days.

Was super easy to set UP!
The VEISE G2 Gateway has been a fantastic upgrade to my smart home. Setup took just a few minutes, the app paired instantly, and I was able to bring my VEISE lock online without any hassle. Remote lock/unlock works smoothly, notifications arrive right away, and the connection has been rock-solid with no drops or delays. I also love the compact design and smart integrations—it works great with voice assistants and makes sharing temporary access codes simple for guests or deliveries. Doesn't work with Alexa as advertised
I tried for several hours to get this working with Alexa. The lock works with the DDLock app. I have the gateway installed in the app but couldn’t figure out how to get Alexa working. UPDATE - I got it working in Alexa a few days later. Had to use Sciener Smart routine in the Alexa app. The vendor offered us a complete refund for our trouble which I declined. It’s working now. Raising my review to 4 stars.

Unlock from anywhere with internet
This product works well.quiet,works with usb..no battery,easy instructions and good price,i can unlock door.what i wish it had was an option to lock remotely in the case if i had to open for someone while am away.it does not have that option.i will have to set it to lock automatically after a certain time after..this setting will have to do before opening the door for individual..as we use this door often it is not one the settings i have as default.but really good product

Great customer service!
I am actually having issues with the Gateway connecting to my wifi but customer service has been very helpful and they're sending me a new one. I'm very pleased with the Veise lock.

Lo compré porque ya tenía una caja de seguridad qué lo requería, sin embargo este producto tiene problemas de conexión, ha sido una pesadilla. No lo recomiendo.
