VEVOR Inline Duct Fan, 6-Inch 400 CFM with Variable Speed Controller, Quiet AC-Motor Ventilation Exhaust Fan for Cooling Booster, Grow Tents, Hydroponics

I needed a quiet powerful fan solution for my shop's dust collector project, and this 6 inch duct fan worked perfectly with a high volume CFM air flow and quiet operation. I'm not using the fan as intended, but it works great inside my custom dust collector build and it generates enough air flow to do a great job pulling dust out of the air. If air movement is your goal, this product does the job at a great price.

After using this heavily for a whole season I can say that this fan kept running and didnt lose any power. Would reccomend.

VEVOR Inline Duct Fan, 6-Inch 400 CFM with Variable Speed Controller Good quality fan with great airflow, but consistent motor (not fan) noise at any speed. The fan noise itself is extremely quite, but no matter what speed there is a whine from the motor. Going in the attic as a duct air booster so it is not likely to be anything I notice. Hopefully it will smooth out after running a few hours. I have had the 12" version of this fan running 80% of the time for the last 2 years with no issues at all.

I recently purchased the VEVOR Inline Duct Fan, 6-Inch 400 CFM, to replace the old fan in my kitchen hood. I must say, I am extremely impressed with its performance. Not very quiet for the motor and CFM.

I used this ventilation fan to remove cigarette smoke from a room. I bought everything from Amazon. The 6" flexible ducting and the vent cover. I cut a hole in ceiling then connected the ducting to vent then to the ventilation fan, I then plugged the fan into a remote controlled outdoor power strip all in the attic. I can turn on the ventilation system anytime I'm needing the smoke removed and it works flawlessly and with hardly no noise. Very easy to install and is very durable and well made.

I bought this to use as a boat hull blower/dryer and it works great! This fits right on the seal of an 8” hatch I have on my bow and blows air throughout my hull. It helps dry it out while mitigating water buildup due to humidity keeping my hatches, pumps and everything else dry when not in use.

Works as advertised. However, there is a small issue when blowing air through an filter which causes more resistance. Doing this on lowest speed setting will blow out the speed controller and thereby stop the fan from running at all. Not an issue for me as I was just running some tests.

Broke after 6 hours of normal use. Do not recommend.

A parfaitement fonctionné ... 3 semaines. La molette de variation d'aspiration est très pratique. Il est plus bruyant que je l'imaginais (surtout à plein régime), des petites vibrations désagréables dans le plastique par endroits mais globalement j'étais très satisfaite. Le plus gros problème, c'est qu'il a parfaitement fonctionné 3 semaines (quelques heures par jour) puis plus rien. Du tout. Sans symptôme annonciateur, ni odeur de brulé, j'ai pas eu d'orage non plus. Mystère. Donc ça repart et moi je vais voir ailleurs
