I train a personal fitness class and adding these to our sessions has been a game changer. Multiple use for working different muscle groups. Quality is great as they don’t roll on the athlete. Thickness of the band is just right for the medium strength I purchased. Wish the carrying bag for them was bigger because once unpackaged they will not fit back in unless they are folded perfectly as they were shipped. these things are the perfect alternate to dumbbells and weights. You can hook them up to bars or whatever you need and they are very strong. I use them for deadlifts under my feet and grabbing them with my hands. I'm in a physical therapy regiment for both legs (chondromalacia patella). Other brands came in useful at first (some with truly extra light resistance, for people who are truly recovering from a major issue). But now that I'm stronger, these bands are my favorite. Their secret: the smaller size! For example, when doing straight leg raises, with 12'' bands (most bands) there would be too much travel to actually get to the resistance point. This is where these 10'' bands excel. Smaller = less travel time before you feel the burn! I noticed that my physical therapist would always tie the bands tighter than 12'' at the clinic, so the exercise always felt more "efficient". So I switched to these, and they're perfect! They might not fit larger/more muscular people if using for clamshells. But then, it's good to have variety. The gauge seems heavier than others. I'm ok with that! If they break I will get them again. So far they've lasted in good shape with almost daily use for about 2 months. Highly recommended!

These work great till they break i get about 15 to 20 uses till they break about 1 month. Tried other brands same issue so far these last the longest.
