PUMA Challenger Duffel Bag

I bought this bag from Amazon for use to transport my gym kit around. As this is what it is designed for, I am sure this is what the majority of potential buyers will also use it for. Size of the bag is small to medium. I think the exact measurements are listed on the product page. I find the bag to be just the right size for my day to day gym workouts. I do find that larger duffel bags can be a pain to lug around and fit into the gym lockers, hence it's compact size is welcome here. It comfortably fits in a pair of trainers, wash bag, tracksuit bottoms, t-shirt, change of socks and underwear, a yoga block, water bottle, swimwear and towel. Quality is nice, and the stitching, zips, and material all seem to be robust. This is especially pleasing given the relatively low price for a gym bag from a well known and respected brand. It's the design of the bag that really pleases, and it seems perfectly thought out for a typical gym user. There is a separate compartment which unzips at one end to hold your trainers, and this compartment even has a little vent hole to let your trainers breath a little and for any moisture to evaporate out. There is a another zip up compartment at the same end which is useful to keep your headphones, gym pass or locker keys, and any other small and important items which you may not want to be loose in the main section. The main section unzips at the top with a wide u-shaped opening, which allows good access to the contents. There is a useful mesh pocket at the other end, which could be good for putting your swimming trunks or your sweatiest items into after a gym visit, to prevent them from getting the other contents of the main compartment wet. The handles consist of a long adjustable shoulder strap with a padded section, and two shorter handles. Pleasingly, you can clip the two shorter handles together, as one of the handles has a small strap which closes with a popper. This means you can have the longer strap kept neatly between the two shorter straps, and prevents the long strap dragging on the ground when you carry it with the short handles. Overall, a very well thought out and well made gym bag. Great value for day to day use.

A compact bag but plenty of room in the main compartment for my Year 7 son's PE kit which includes football/rugby shoes, top, shorts, shin pads, knee socks, small microfibre hand towel. Handy side pockets (one open, one zipped) for his mouthguard and other smaller things like packet of tissues, plasters etc. Not too big for him to carry to school alongside his main rucksack. Fits well into his school locker. Used for a month now and zips and stitching are all sturdy and intact. There is no separate area for muddy boots so he uses a plastic bag instead. Pleased with purchase and would recommend.

Bought for the gym to save dragging around straps and belts, wanted something small enough to not be a pain to lug around and this is one of the few that is. Really simple, nothing fancy, does the job. Loses a star for not having a detachable strap.

Perfect sized gym bag. Able to get a change of clothes, shoes/trainers, towel and wash bag in to be able to get ready for work post gym session.

I bought this for my son to use for football training and he absolutely loves it. It has plenty of room for all his training gear without being unnecessarily bulky, and the backpack-style straps are particularly useful. He often rides his bike to training and finds that the bag sits comfortably on his shoulders and doesn't move around too much while he's riding. It seems well made and has been ideal for what he needs it for. The fact that he can carry it comfortably on his back while cycling is a big plus. Overall, we're very happy with the bag and I'd definitely recommend it for football training or other sports.

Nice bag for gym. Has enough space for clothes and a pair of trainers. Very surprised at how much space their is and it does the job. Excellent product so far for the price.
