Delicious!
Absolutely delicious. Can't speak for gut health as have only had the jar a couple of days but it's great on a salad and is nice n spicy. Will repurchase.

Disappointed
It was soft, slimy and unpleasant, seemed spoiled. I have bought this brand before and it was great in taste and texture, not anything like the one I received today. Very disappointed.

Gorgeous, but perhaps not quite authentic as it could be?
Gorgeous, im not sure it is what aficionados would term as authentic? It has a 2 year shelf life so I suspect it is pasteurised... it also comes in a glass jar with a metal lid that has a security button and when opened it doesn’t seem to release any gas so again, probably points to being pasteurised, maybe it is never fermented? It is also manufactured in Taiwan so is not genuine Korean kimchi. Anyway, all that being said, the taste is wonderful, a bit of warmth to it, calling it heat might be over egging the description but there is some warmth going on and tbh I could eat this entire jar in 1 sitting. Only my second kimchi and this by far beats the flavour of the last one which came in one of those pouches. Other than that, the price is ridiculous really for kimchi so I am going to be trying to make my own in future in huge amounts as this is something I could really get into. Delicious for what it is but those wanting the genuine authentic experience may be a little underwhelmed with this offering given the above points. However, 5 stars for a tasty food, imported half way across the world and delivered to my door allowing me to try different cultural foods

Not great, not awful.
Okay, so the good news is it tastes quite nice! The bad news is that its very soft and squidgy, and it isnt very spicy at all. If youre used to kimchi made in your local restaurant, with that crispness, variety of vegetables, and intense spicy hit you will be disappointed. I wouldnt buy it again to be honest, especially not for £6.20.

Sweeter than usual
This kimchi appears to be made for English tastebuds. I can taste the sugar in it! I will NOT be re-buying this one.
