New windows I was installing came with several bad locks. Customers did not want to go through the hassle of dealing with Return Counter or Manufacturer. This inexpensive fix was easy to install and works like a champ. Everybody happy for Pennies on the dollar.

Kind of expensive but good quality

All of the latches on our windows have been breaking, so we ordered these to repair them. My husband was able to install them quickly, and they work as they are supposed to.

By using these new replacement latches our windows work as designed again,

Cast metal better quality then what came with the windows originally.

The latches do their job but you get what you pay for. The actual latch part isn’t sloped to hold pressure on the window. So they do work but windows have 1/4” of play. Not great for cold weather

Had to redrill holes for retrofit. The screws for the small receiver are too big and I reused the existing ones I had to fix this.
