The capsules are easy to take, the bottle lasts a long time, and the ingredients look very solid compared to other options I checked. You have to like the flavor
We didn't like the flavor but it's not a bad strawberry flavor. We are not strawberry people.

Really good B12 just watch out if you don’t check your vitamins in 6 months taking every day I found my B12 was pretty much on high side and I had to stop for a while
