It arrived several days late despite being prime customer however it was worth the wait. It replaced my old Epson printer which I bought in 2004 which worked flawlessly until something fell into the mechanism and damaged it. The new printer was very easy to set up and I have it working on seven other computers; one tethered by USB cable from my old printer. The rest are wireless connections and work without a problem. The Auto duplex is outstanding and very smooth. I had a few problems with the blue cartridge and had to do a super clean other than that excellent.

A few years ago I bought a very expensive all singing all dancing HP officejet for several hundred pounds. I hated that thing it was a flaming dumpster fire and never worked right once. Every single print job was a new problem. I finally got so mad I threw it out and bought this little Epson. I was skeptical since it was so cheap. I assumed it wouldn't last long or that it would do poor quality printing or that it wouldn't do all the things it said it could do and that I'd just use it as a stop gap until I found another "big fancy printer." I was proven so wrong! This little Epson is GREAT!! The quality of the printing is excellent- nice and crisp, great colors, very good print speed. The flatbed scanner works brilliantly as well. It was super easy to set it up- it did use a phone ap which I thought was a bit weird but I'm old and I guess that is how things are done these days. Even so it was easy to get it all connected to the internet and my home network. I love this printer- I have never been happier with a printer I've owned and that's a lot to say beacuse generally printers just make you mad. This little guy is a champ and my only regret is not buying him first and wasting so much money on that other hunk of junk. Don't coun't the Epson out because it isn't expensive- it does a great job!

I have always used epson, great printers ..... only removed a star because I had to go search for drivers. I rem when printers came with a cd with drivers on, oh the good old days! ...... Epson could make it easier to supply either the drivers or a direct link (QR code) to the appropriate drivers page

It was easy to set up, even for a 70 year old technophobe like me. The Epson app downloaded to my tablet took me through a step by step process to set up and install the printer on my network and get it up and running. The printing is not the fastest compared to my old very expensive huge heavy printer I had before which is now caput. As I only print a few things a month now this is fine for that and as they are typed sheets it will be faster than the colour heavy flower picture I used to try it out.. Its good value and the inks aren't too expensive. The printer itself is light enough for me to easily move it. I did a test print from a photo of the first peony of this year and that turned out fine. Update: I printed 2 more pictures of the peony to use as birthday wrapping paper. They printed fine, but then it said the yellow cartridge needed replacing. The black cartridge had hardly been used at this point, but it would not let me print a letter in just black ink till I replaced the yellow cartridge. Disappointing.

This was the second one of these printers that I had ordered, the first didn't print properly so I returned it, thinking I had a faulty one and ordered the second one. That was no better, maybe a faulty batch, I don't know! I'd had Epson before and it worked with no trouble for years but this one was faulty on the test prints, very disappointing!

This is my second expression home. They are pretty basic but reliable if used regularly. Easy to use, especially changing the printer cartridges which I have found difficult on other printers. Good apps available in the microsoft store, my favorite budget printer.

Easy to set up, I was printing within 10 minutes of opening the box, the Epson smart panel app worked brilliantly. Small footprint but test print seemed perfect.
