Essential sauce
A1 is simply the best tasting sauce it makes the blandest meat a treat to eat. Best Buy multi pack as single bottle works out quite expensive.Or get a friend to bring some back from the States.

The A1 sauce tastes terrible, it's not right and I can't contact seller for exchange, not what you expect for over 20 euro for some steak sauce.

A great sauce to enhance the flavor of any steak.
The sauce is best used to give an extra boost of flavor for steak--nothing else, not pork, not chicken, and certainly not fish--and, as such, I use it for every steak I fry in the pan, or on the barbecue, unless I used teriyaki sauce--for me, its one or the other. I love the tangy taste of A1, and am glad that I can buy it here in Japan. Once opened, store it in the refrigerator. You only need a spoonful or so for one steak, so it will last a long time. It tastes something in the area of a fruity, thick, slightly sweet Worchester sauce.
