Colourful and good to take on dive holiday.
Good book to take on dive boat. Bit clumsy to identify fish from lists and pics - there must be a better way than looking at every picture?

Beware
Beware! I bought this in a hurry before a trip to Costa Rica and didn't check it out thoroughly enough. It does not cover the eastern Pacific (i.e. the Americas) so I wasted my money. It looks like a good book if you are actually travelling to the area it covers.

Ein schönes Geschenk für Taucher und Fischliebhaber. Die Auswahl und die Infos sind enorm. Es gibt Infos zu Größe, Form, außergewöhnliche Merkmale, viele tolle farbige Abbildungen, Vorkommen, Haie, Rochen, Aale, Seepferdchen... Das Buch ist komplett auf Englisch aber allein durch die hunderte von Abbildungen kann man auch mit wenig Sprachkenntnissen viel lernen.
