These pants are awesome. I kinda wish it was more socially acceptable to wear these everywhere other than the shores of Thailand. The fabric is thin but not see through. I'm 6'2" and they come to my shins, which is fine. They are cotton but not as soft as Fruit of the Loom T-shirt s, but soft enough to be comfortable. They're perfect for yoga, meditation retreats, vacation, and lounging, oh and perhaps fishing off the coast of Thailand but I haven't tried them for that yet. .

Top line: Slightly rugged, but comfortable pants—beware Good: Purchased for use in Thai massage or maybe yoga. Form wise, they are pretty comfortable—basically like Hammer capris. Full range of motion, plenty of inseam (5’11, 165lb). Plus a handy little pocket for incidentals. Bonus: There’s enough color combos to find at least one that you like. Bad: This is my first pair of TFPs so I have no frame of reference, but they do seem a good bit shorter than most varieties out there. Fabric seems more built for function than form; kinda burlap-like, and hasn’t softened in after a couple years of light use. I never felt 100% comfortable in them since it’s almost impossible to get the waistband just right. It’s just a rope built into the pants, so there’s no cinching to speak of. They’ve pretty much turned into back up lounging pants since they didn’t really work out at massage/yoga. Other: If I had paid more than $10 for them, they’d probably get a harsher rating. But two years later they are still in my drawer getting semi-reg use and holding up great, so...

Great quality, made simple, awesome for working around the house or yard, very comfortable, they fit like long shorts, so they are common with todays fashions. I recommend these type of pants to anyone who wants to be comfortable! I know nothing about yoga, I don't know why they are called that, but these are great for relaxing in or doing odd jobs around the house, this summer I will enjoy them as they are very cool, not really for fall or winter shorts, but because of the lite material they will be perfect for summer.

These things are very strange. Supposedly they fit anyone, comfortably. I am a size 10 woman and they certain were not comfortable for me. I followed the instructions, pulled the excess at the waist over to the side, then wrapped that big flap of material around my waist, and tied it all down with the built-in belt at the rear. What happened when I did that is that one of the pants legs remained gigantic, and the other one (on the side where the flap was taken in) was tight and uncomfortable because of all the material that was folded over. It's hard to explain but I cannot imagine how anyone could wear these things for more than 5 minutes, much less do yoga in them. I sent them back.

They look great but are obviously not built for my size. No big deal - I have a friend they fit perfectly well and he loves them! I won't be buying them again but aim to buy on the high side of size, don't be fat like me, and these are awesome Yoga Trousers that are comfy for around the house or playing geeky games out in the woods. They look great for costuming if that's what you're going for!

I ordered these pants 6/22/17 and they arrived 32 days later on 7/24/17. Since they came from Thailand and things with customs can't be predicted I won't hold this against the shipping company. Also, just as an FYI, they provide a tracking number but there is no way to figure out where your package is. Amazon still doesn't know that they've arrived. I have ordered three pair of Thai Fisherman pants and these met my expectations. They are comfortable enough for me the lounge around in without feeling overly bulky. I stay cool in them and they seem well made. I LOVE the color. Really, I can't ask for much more, especially at such an affordable price. I would purchase from them again.

Worth noting that although the seller claims they fit waists into the low 50s I'm in the low 40s and they fit me just comfortably. If I was a 50 it would be obscene for me to squeeze into these guys. You'd be able to make out certain sensitive details from across a room easily. As it stands they seem like you should be able to see through them but somehow fall just shy of that. That said they fit me in the low 40s. They're extremely lightweight. Well made enough. I'm a little hesitant to get athletic in them as some of the non-essential stitching seems a little fragile. I have worn them for long days outdoors under trying circumstance with success though so no complaints yet.

These pants are awesome! If you're a fan of Thai fishing pants already, these will meet your expectations of material quality, construction, and overall slovenly obscene comfort that still makes you look socially competent. Shipped straight from Thailand, they take 2-3 weeks to arrive, but are definitely worth the price and the wait. Length-wise, they're about the same length as regular pants would fit on me; just a little shorter after several washes, but not noticeably so. I'm 5' 6" and wear them barefoot usually, but also with flip-flops and hiking boots, and the fold-over is still about 4-5 inches, so there's plenty of adjustability if needed. Buy a dozen and never buy pants again (until next time)!

Awesome pants, exactly what I expected. Anyone who has been to Thailand knows that these are the comfy breathable pants that all the backpackers wear. Perfect for yoga or sitting around the house. As a size 32 waist, I wouldn't want to be much thinner for them. I will say that I wasn't happy with the shipping time as it was estimated by Feb 5 and I got it Feb 23. That being said, Thai-snail mail can't be expected to be perfect. The seller was helpful and responded to my queries very quickly.

I had previously bought a pair of thai pants 4 years ago that were basically the same but with inverted colors. These ones just happen to be considerably wider than the other pair. It's not a big enough deal to return them over but I don't understand why you feel the need to appease people who shouldn't be so overweight in the first place. It's already a massive annoyance finding clothes that fit me. Please stop it.

These are awesome pants! I'm 5'8 130 pounds and they fit perfect. They even fit my husband however, it's a little small in the inseam when he's using them for yoga, other than that they fit him too! For reference he's just about 6 feet tall and they are ideal length.
