I purchased these compression sleeves to help with soreness and recovery, and they’ve worked very well. They provide firm support without feeling overly restrictive, and they’re comfortable enough to wear for extended periods. Almost hitting 40 and one bad lift led to a bum knee (really a bad quad strain). My PT recommended exercises and also to ice 2-3 times per day, so I bought these to make it easy. These are super convenient, get ice cold and stay cold for about 10-15 minutes depending on ambient temperature. They have helped a lot with the pain. Quality seems high, though I have only used them about a dozen times so far. For reference, I have 17” quads (chicken legs) and ordered a medium and they fit perfectly. The design is easy to slide on and off. Haven’t tried them on my elbows but I’d imagine they’d work on them well, too. Definitely a great value for the price. I’ve recommended them to my golf buddies, too.

This is an excellent product. I used it for my ankle which is not listed in the description, but it can be used. My only complaint is as with others. It does not stay cold long enough, but it doesn’t excellent job for what I needed it for.

I would give it more stars if I could. Currently recovering from knee replacement. This is so nice to be able to move around with and much more comfortable than the ice machine to sleep with!! I sized up a little (size L) to allow room for my wound dressing and wrap and so the compression is gentler. I would order 2 more but I’ve already spent so much on other ice packs so I can’t right now :(. Wish I’d just ordered these from the start!! I’ve had a lot of knee surgeries and used all kinds of ice packs and these rank number 1 so far! Do yourself a favor and order two 2 packs so you have them on constant rotation and always have extra cold ones stashed!

Love them! I work as much as 20 hours in one day and it feels so incredibly soothing on my sore muscles, arms, etc. if it feels too cold I also like to lay it over my face. The product is well built and also is heavy which feels very nice!

We purchase these because my wife has a problem with her elbow and mid arm. They freeze very well, but unfortunately, after using a few days, they lost the fit and compression that was originally felt when using. Had to return.

Worst product. Two issues 1. Size doesn't fit..not for your knees. 2. Max 1-2 mins chillness..even an ice cube will stay longer. Don't buy..waste of money..

Size does not fit, the largest size doesn't fit even a 12 year old child. Misleading info that it is for the knees but it's designed for elbows.

These are elbow wraps and should not be advertised for use on knees also. The design could have been an open one with a velcrow fixture, for variable application. Also the gel leaks from the band. This can be dangerous, depending on the material used.

The cold pack does not stay cold beyond 5 mins irrespective of cooling time. It was not at all effective and I feel it was a waste of money. Unfortunately I got to use it only today and hence could not provide feedback earlier.
