Equip Foods Core Colostrum - Unflavored

I’ve really enjoyed using Equip Colostrum and have noticed a difference in how I feel overall. One of the things I appreciate most is the quality of the ingredients and the focus on supporting gut health and wellness naturally. It mixes easily, tastes mild, and has become a simple part of my daily routine. I also love that it fits well with my focus on healing, nourishing my body, and supporting a healthy lifestyle. Since using it consistently, I’ve felt more supported digestion-wise and just genuinely enjoy knowing I’m adding something beneficial to my routine. If you’re looking for a clean, easy addition to support overall wellness and gut health, I definitely think Equip Colostrum is worth trying.

I’m genuinely impressed with how it’s supporting my recovery and overall wellness. As a hybrid athlete training hard for both HYROX and CrossFit-style workouts, gut health and immune resilience are a huge priority for me. The powder mixes smoothly into shakes, coffee, or even just water without clumping, and the taste is very mild compared to other colostrum products I’ve tried—it’s easy to take daily. Within the first week, I noticed less bloating and better digestion, which was a big win. Over time, I’ve felt more resilient with fewer nagging colds and quicker recovery between heavy training sessions. I also love that Equip keeps their ingredients clean and transparent—grass-fed source, no unnecessary fillers, and third-party tested. That gives me a lot of confidence in what I’m putting into my body. If you’re an athlete looking to improve gut health, support your immune system, and recover more efficiently, I’d highly recommend giving Equip Colostrum a try. It’s become a staple in my daily routine.

I’ve been adding Equip Core Colostrum to my morning routine for the past few weeks, and I can genuinely feel the difference. My digestion feels smoother, recovery from hard training sessions is faster, and my overall energy and focus have improved. It’s made from grass fed bovine colostrum with no fillers or unnecessary additives, exactly what you want if you care about clean ingredients. The powder mixes easily into coffee, shakes, or even just water, and there’s no weird taste. If you’re focused on gut health, immune support, or post training recovery, this is one of the best natural supplements I’ve found. It’s become a non negotiable part of my daily stack.

I wanted to try bovine colostrum Because I keep hearing about all these health benefits and weight loss and I wanted to give it a shot this is the second one I've purchased I waited to give a review after I went through the first 1. I can't say that I've had any weight loss or anything like that but I've had had some issues with gut and this seems to help those issues some. I like the fact of knowing that it hasn't mean I'll ask it and not always good for your body and it has some anti microbial properties in it as well so that's always good for your body. It has 0 flavor at all you could mix it into a little water. Sometimes I just add it into 4 oz of water in a water bottle and I just shake it and drink it and have has 0 issues other times I'll mix it into yogurt and mixes and just fine there's no weird taste after taste or smell. It is kind of pricey but compared to other competitors it's relatively around the same price. Since Gut health is so important for your body it is worth it to add some health benefits if you can't do it everyday maybe every other day just get it in your system in my opinion. The scoop is small so it's not like you have to try to mix a huge amount and 2 water or something so that parts nice as well. The container's smaller than you think it would be but the scoop is small you don't need a whole lot.

Highly recommended if you're looking for a powerful immune and gut health boost! I started taking it to support my gut and immune system, and within a couple of weeks I could genuinely feel a difference — especially in digestion and overall energy. I love that Equip uses 100% grass-fed, antibiotic-free bovine colostrum with no fillers, additives, or weird ingredients. Clean formulas matter to me, and this one is as clean as it gets. The powder is unflavored and blends super easily into my morning coffee, smoothies, or even my protein shakes without changing the taste. I also appreciate that it’s lactose-free, which makes it really gentle on my stomach. My skin has looked healthier, my digestion feels smoother, and I’ve been getting sick less often. I also love that it’s third-party tested so I know I’m getting the real thing.

Ok so YEEAARS ago I used to drink actual liqued colostrum from an Amish farm and that stuff was like taking HGH or steroids it’s was amazing for overall healing , peptides , recovery and a literal sense of deep nourishment. Now more recently after getting back to primal eating and the critical importance of getting OUT of the synthetic and processed food poisoning game that’s killing america I stumbled on this product . 3 months in adding to shakes or raw milk or my coffee and my personal FAVE sprinkling on top of fruit with honey and heavy cream (OMG must try) any YES! Cravings down for calories due to the highly bioavailable micro nutrients of that “FIRST MILK” baby cows get! The taste is addictive and creamy . Yes taste very uniquely/naturally delicious, great addiction to many meals or treats or snacks but what I gotta tall ya is how my HAIR AND SKIN have improved! Thicker fuller hair and SKIN people have noticed and are asking me what I am doing for my skin! Could be the combo of the equipe collagen with the added colostrum but for sure the colostrum is MAGIC . I’m not going without it ever again let’s put it that way. You can FEEL that it’s doing good things inside I’ll leave it at that!

I’m excited to see how this impacts my health. It dissolves easily in water, doesn’t taste the best on its own, but easily mixes with whatever you’d like! I love the quality of products from this brand so I’m hopeful I’ll see some great results!

I’ve been using Equip Core Colostrum and I’m really impressed! Each scoop packs 3000 mg of colostrum, which is a higher dose than the gummies, making it a great value. It’s super easy to mix — blends perfectly into coffee without affecting the taste at all. Mixed in water, it’s more like a watered-down protein shake, not the most exciting flavor, but completely fine considering the benefits. Overall, I like how versatile it is, and the quality and dosage make it worth it. Definitely recommend if you want an easy, effective way to get colostrum into your daily routine!

Not so great when you open it- this tastes expired
