Great but syncing not easy
Great device and I’m very glad I purchased the mesh version as the linking is a little bit more seamless, not perfect but much better. Links with Sena no issues at all.

Easy connection
These card systems are brilliant. Everyone in our family has one along with most of our friends. We found the Neo to be perfect for our needs and the range is brilliant. We have taken them to a number of countries and never had an issue with them. The nice thing is that once you have everyone in a group they automatically connect together when you come into range with one another.

Has stopped holding charge after only a few rides
I was delighted with this product, which I bought for ride outs with my daughter who has recently passed her bike test. We have used the headsets maybe 10 times max. In the past three of those 10 rides my headset has stopped holding its charge - it runs from full charge to low battery to fail in a single 45 minute ride. This is hopeless. Apparently, my return window was only 1 month, so I'm stuck with a largely useless, but premium cost, item. Take care!

Good features but massively under powered in the volume
Overall a very good product. Connects well with other units, easy charging and removal from helmet clip. Buttons are easy to use with gloves on. My one major issue is the speakers/amp. The unit is far to quiet. Without ear plugs the sound is very sharp. With earplugs in the unit needs to be on maximum volume and is still very hard to hear. At this price point the unit should be able to be loud enough to hear through ear plugs (that cut wind noise). The only option is to upgrade to custom in ear plugs which is £100+ for the basic set.

Wir hatten schon eins und jetzt haben wir noch das zweiter Duo dazu gekauft um zu 4. unterwegs kommunizieren zu können. Wir sind zufrieden. Einfache Installation im Helf, gute Qualität und auch die Verbindung untereinander ist gut.

Dåligt ljud.
Montage etc mycket bra. men för att vara JBL högtalare så är ljudet riktigt dåligt i hjälmen. Annars bra grejjer.

outil d'utilité pour groupe et road trip
facile d installation, et d'utilisation . les appairages sont beaucoup plus rapide que nos anciens cardo packbold qui étaient déjà à la hauteur de nos attentes . Ceux ci ont un son formidable à condition d'avoir un casque de qualité ca va de paire. possibilité de discuter en même temps que d'écouter musique ou autres sons. Bonne capacité de charge pour une journée de trajet et super sécurisant de pouvoir être connectés à tous les motards du groupe lors de road trip .

It’s more of a “want” than a “need” purchase
Seem-less connection while connecting to other cardo systems (this includes the previous cardo bold). “Hey cardo” voice command activation is not a 100% hit, I suspect it’s not tuned to our Indian accent. On air updates are a breeze as well. Cons - 1. costs an arm to buy 🥲 2. The advertised range is extremely off from the claimed range. Anything more than 400m would lose the connection. This is same for sena systems as well.
