Where do you buy additional ink and film and what kind of printer do I buy for?

Hello, this is UV printing machine, it can be directly printed on the surface of objects (except clothes, which need to use a DTG printer), so no film is needed. This machine comes with five colors of UV ink, of course, if you need additional ink can also be ordered from us. You can use this machine to print any pattern on the surface of PVC phone case, glass bottle, plastic, metal, wood and other materials. If you have other questions, please feel free to contact us.

Any idea why paper feed light turns on and can't print because of an error message? The message says printer is out of paper. Why?

Is it UV or DTG printer? Not sure about your machine model. But I suggest you to check the back power button. Turn it on. And please delete all the printing tasks via your computer, then pull out the printing tray, restart it. You can try whether it works.
