Sometimes the mucus is just too thick to cough up. Nebulised this 3% and find it helps quicker and more effectively than 0.9% Not a bad price.

Only used for a few days but already helping to clear my lungs. Previously I was just using 0.9% saline in my nebuliser which helped restrict pollen and dust.

Due to the % strentgh.... tend to leaves a saltly taste in the mouth. However does help loosen mucas from lungs.
