Our Special Toffee has been one of our signature confections since 1925, when Stanley Thornton finally perfected his recipe on the 50th attempt. Little has changed today: we still base our recipe on the original. We make our toffee in careful batches and leave it to cool for 24 hours to intensify that glorious buttery flavour. We don’t call it 'Special' for nothing. Fantastic product and quality the taste is still the same from years ago. Shame there's not as many Thorntons shops. Love their products. The appearance are the same.

Where is the brazil nut ones?
Seems like variety has been reduced since the high street shops closed. OK, but liked the brazil nut ones more.
