I have been very pleased with this phone. It has excellent voice quality and range for a cordless, the display is easy to read, and the price is very reasonable for the quality of manufacture and the features. I'll buy more of them to replace other phones in my house.

no way to turn the volume up LOUD and no way to by-pass that safety feature. My Mom couldn't hear with it and thus, couldn't use the phone very much. Otherwise, a good phone.

This battery on this phone doesn't hold a charge for over 30 minutes. I bought this phone to use in my finished basement and don't use it that often, but a couple of times it just completely shut down on me after having been on it for about 20-30 minutes. This can be very bothersome if you are in the middle of handling some business and it just cuts off on you. The phone itself when working looks good and has good clarity when using it but I need a more dependable phone. What I finally did was buy new batteries for the phone and now the phone works fine and I still have it in my basement. The problem was with the batteries that were included with the phone in the packaging.

Great phone at a fantastic price. Sound quality is clear and has a loud ringer. This phone allows you to block unwanted callers right from the caller I.D.feature. I will buy again when needed.

Purchased in July, is failing in October. Unit spontaneously emits DMTF tones while talking and completely blocking out what the person talking is saying. Can't send a message to vendor because "return period has ended." Panasonic `phones are very good and reliable devices, but this one is a lemon that which I am stuck. Martin

While the phone is good, the primary purpose for purchasing was that it was wall mountable. We only needed the single phone for my mother, not all those additional handsets. We chose it for its wall mounting. When we opened it up, only the additional chargers can be wall mounted, not the primary base. Very disappointing.

Love Panasonic products ... have always had good experience with this brand. This phone is no exception. It is simple to program and easy to use.Display numbers and text are bold, well lit and easy to read... just follow the prompts on screen for each function. Takes a minimum of desk space.Range is excellent, speaker very clear. Because I am becoming "memory challenged" one of my most favorite features is the "Locator Button" on the base which helps find a misplaced handset.

I thought that it would stay on the wall but it's not a wall-mounted phone. The back of the phone is white plastic and the bottom of it doesn't stand upright on its own which I was hoping for. My last Panasonic phone was very strongly built and sturdy. I hope it lasts 10 years like the previous one did. It's okay and it works for now...
