NEENCA Professional Knee Brace, Medical Knee Support for Women & Men Relief

I am 71 & have terrible pain around my kneecaps. I've been to the Dr and physical therapy, with little relief. I love going to the rock gym to climb & was afraid I'd have to give it up. I bought these knee braces. While not 100% comfortable (but they're not that bad), they do support my knees 100%! I haven't felt any pain while climbing. They seem to be well-made & the support & stability are just what I need!

This is a wrap and not a sleeve so putting it on does not always fit as snug as a sleeve or brace. It gives good support and ok to put on once I get used to it. Some parts of the fabric can poke the skin if not put on right. The fabric itself does not cause skin irritation. But I like the open patella and back in times of hot weather. Also when in church kneeling the open patella is more comfortable. But for a better fit I prefer the brace over this wrap.

I have tried many knee braces. This one is by far the most comfortable. It has the opening for the kneecap (the way they are supposed to). Super easy and intuitive cross Velcro wrapping. It does not have any bars or hard vertical supports, if for some reason you needed that. This one has more flexibility on sizing than any other I have used. I used a large for a week, cause we had it, even though I am an XL. It was no biggie at all til the XL arrived. I probably shouldn’t have even spent the money on the XL. The XL fits me better, the large worked fine. My physical therapist liked this knee brace. I have a torn meniscus and a rotated tibia.

Runs small, needs more space around velcro so as not to scratch and hurt (hard to close just right). Quality product though, very dependable. Gives good support.

I've been using this brace to provide a bit of support to my old knees when doing my daily youtube exercises at home. It works great for that. Just enough support to keep the knee happy, enough flexibility to do squats. The big problem with this brace is that it does not last. After about 2 months of use about 5 times a week, the Velcro starts to fail, and the straps no longer stay tight. After about another month of use, the straps don't stay in place, and the product is worthless. It's not a manufacturing defect. I've now bought two, and had the exact same problem at about the exact same amount of use. As much as I like this unit, I don't want to have to buy a new one every two months.

I lift heavy things in a warehouse for a living and I tend to use my legs quite a bit for leverage. Some days I just need some support without using those big heavy metal hinge ones (they make my sweat too much and don't fit under pants well, let alone how much they affect your range of motion). That's where this brace comes in. More support than those compression braces (basically little more than a sock) while not as restricting as those big chunkers. The Velcro is starting to wear a bit after about 8 months of heavy use (bad knee, is what it is). Will likely buy another one once this one gives up the ghost.

Review was UPDATED. If you need support for your knee…this is for you. I will caution you on one thing, the placement of the info sticker is not the smartest. It interferes with the ability to securely velcro the top part. 🤷‍♂️ I found away around it by taking the strap that is suppose to cross your knee and actually securing the Velcro from not working. BAD PLACEMENT of the sticker info.

I'm posting this under 5 star reviews so that maybe more people will see it. One reason I got the NEENCA knee brace was the safer materials listing of nylon/polyester. I do not like the neoprene rubber that a lot of braces use. I was very disappointed when I opened the package and immediately noticed the odor. The materials listing on the package I received contained 50% SBR, which is a synthetic rubber generally considered non-toxic., but has the potential for irritation of the eyes, skin, and respiratory system. It smelled so bad that I did not even try it on. The Amazon description also says that the product is OEKO-TEX certified, but there was no such certification noted on the box or product itself. The company needs to update its description of this product.

Ce produit est tout simplement exceptionnel !!! Je finissais mes matchs de foot avec des genoux très douloureux et il me fallait 3 à 4 jours pour récupérer. J'ai décidé d'essayer ces genouillères en attendant mon rdv avec un médecin, le résultat est au-delà de mes attentes. Assez souple pour ne pas être gêné dans mes mouvements, bon maintien du genoux, pas de douleur pendant l'effort, récupération très rapide.

La compré porque estoy opositando a picoleto y me lesioné la rodilla corriendo. La verdad que me pensaba que iba a ser muy aparatosa pero necesitaba que me recogiese bien la rodilla, y en efecto es aparatosa por el tamaño, pero es comodísima y en cuanto te acostumbras no te acuerdas ni de que la tienes puesta. Yo la uso a día de hoy sin necesidad real, ya que estoy nuevo, solo por la seguridad que te da la rodillera, y después de haberla lavado varias veces sigue como el primer día. Sin duda la volvería a comprar. Eso sí te va a sudar la rodilla como si estuvieras recién llegado del aquapark de Torremolinos, y del olorcito a roquefort mejor ni hablamos, y eso que transpira muy bien.
