Helps a lot with digestion!
Really helped gastritis & acid reflux / heartburn & gastroparesis! I chew a small amount after meal times. A small amount goes a long way. No it doesn’t taste like shop bought gum but i’ve always hated that crap anyway. This is almost tasteless which suits me fine. Just a very faint taste. H.Pylori test showed negative but I wonder how accurate these tests are. Fantastic stuff

Do not waste your money.
How are you supposed to “chew regularly” when these things are so tiny? Plus, they’re not chewable at all.

Great quality, bought it to combat acid reflux issues. I have concluded that although mastic gum may well be beneficial, chewing anything may be helpful as it produces saliva which is alkaline, plus the saliva produced helps to encourage food particles down the esophagus on their journey to the stomach. However .... BEWARE .... it's not like ordinary chewing gum. This stuff requires quite a bit of effort and if you are not careful, like me, you may well lose a couple of fillings and have to visit the dentist more than you usually do! Just my opinion, you understand. And my experience, I hasten to add! Good quality product.
