Works great. Hire a professional to program the remote, and all is well. For those that rate the remote low because they can't figure out how to program it, do your homework and use someone that knows what they are doing. This remote has a ton of functionality.... we love it. Controls all of our gear.

Finally I have one remote (Replaced 7 remotes) that controls all of My Home theater equipment! However, in order to get the URC programmed requires a licensed professional, which cost me over $200. So the total cost made it almost $500, just be aware the remote is not the usual easy remote to program! Even with the cost it was worth it to me to have just one remote for everything.

The remote itself was delivered in great condition. Have not had the opportunity to use it though. I purchased it to replace the identical model remote that we have at the restaurant I manage, however it didn’t come with a manual, or any directions on how to program it. I searched the internet trying to find directions for pragramming the remote, and I came up empty handed. I read some forums about URC and the programming of this remote, and they all say that URC can give you the directions for programming the remote, however the refuse to do so simply because they want anyone who buys their products to hire a professional to come out and program it for us. It’s a $300 remote, and I guarantee you it will cost hundreds of dollars more for the labor to have it programmed. It’s ridiculous. It should have stated in the information for purchasing this remote, that it DOES NOT come with programming directions, and that they PERSONALLY CHOOSE to NOT give it to the buyers, all for financial gain. It’s ridiculous. It’s a complete waste of money. Great product, you just can’t use it.

I have used these before and work great. The problem here is I bought a bee unit, but got a used one where all the packaging was opened, batteries were in the remote already! This should have been a new remote for a new price... you offer used but either mixed them up or screwed me over!

Remote came properly protected, packaged and is advertised. I did have some trouble getting it to connect to my PC, since I’m using Windows-10. The programming, using URC Complete Control software, went very easy. Note, even though it’s a used remote, it looks brand new.

Very good size but a bit hard to program.

It works great and rivals the most expensive URC on the market. I've been using it for about 5 months with no problems. I didn't program it myself so I am unable to comment on that. I would not hesitate in buying one again
