Can this be used for two devices from the us at the same time or is one of the sockets only for japanese devices?

Hello. The UMI step down 220v to 110v voltage converter is designed for 110v US appliance and 100v Japanese device use in Europe. There's 2 outlets. 1 is 110v, which is used for US, Canadian or Taiwanese electric appliance. And the other 1 is 100v, which is used for Japanese device. You can use 2 or more appliance with extend power cord at the same time. Just make sure the total power consumption never exceed the power rating of the step down converter.

Hello. The UMI step down voltage 220v to 110v converter is designed for Japan 100v electric device and US 120v or Taiwan 110v appliance use in Europe, South America or Asia 220-240v power system. Does your fan work at 100-120v, and you will use it in the country where uses 220v or 230v? If yes, that's for sure you can use the 300w step down converter with the fan. And that won’t generate humming noise or any noise if the appliance’s power rating below 300w.

Can it be used in greece for a usa sleeping apnea machine?

Hello. The UMI step down 220v to 110v voltage converter is designed for 100-120v appliance use in Europe. Its power rating is 500W, which should be used with appliances below 500 watts. How many power watts does your USA sleeping apnea machine use? That's for sure the 220v to 110v converter would work with the appliance if it's rated power below 500W. If it requires power over 500W, recommend choosing a step down converter with higher watts accordingly.

Can I plug at the same 2 US devices rated 120v/65w each? Is it ok to plug 120v device to the 100v plug?

The device will power two devices of 65w each. As far as plugging a 120v device into the 100v plug, you should read the label on the 120v device to see what voltage range it operate, as it might be possible to damage it by giving it constant "brownout" conditions.
