Does this contain Saponins?

As far as I know it's natural from the flowers & leaf of the plant it's herbal all that is added is vegatable glycerin & purified water .

It says alcohol free. Is it first made with alcohol and then the alcohol extracted from it or is it made with other bases such as glycerine?

on the bottle it says that it is produced using cold bio extraction and it is alcohol free with vegetable glycerine and purified water its gluten freeand alcohol free. Margaret

Hi, The pipette holds 1ml. So you don't need to count the drops, just use 1 pipette's worth for 36 drops, or 2 pipettes worth for 72 drops.

Can it be used in an oil diffuser?

This is an excellent tincture for clearing the lungs but I do not think that it will serve well as an oil. There is mullein oil and also mullein essential oil which can be researched to determine if those can be used in a diffuser.
