I needed to replace my HP Desktop as it would not support Windows 11. I have bought refurbished PCs for many years and decided to buy another one. This PC came very well packaged and in excellent condition. It looks just like new. It booted right up and Windows 11 was ready to be personalized. I am slowly learning how to use Windows 11 as it is quite a bit different from Windows 10. The ony problem I am having and it is my fault, it does not have a CD/DVD drive. I overlooked this and it is not the fault of the vendor. I have ordered an external drive and am confident it will be fine as I rarely use a CD/DVD drive except to add music to my itunes collection. I highly recommend this vendor and will recommend them to my family and friends as a source of refurbished computers. BTW, I think it was refurbished in Canada so kudos to our Canadian friends.

The computer worked pretty good once I went through all the hoops of setting it up;but the fan was loud. I tried to ignore that, but it became annoyingly loud. So, the vendor gave me 2 options...They could send me a replacement fan, plus an extra part that I would pay "about $40", and they could tell me how to fix it. The second option was to ship the computer back, and they'd ship me another one, once I send them the tracking information. Of course, I chose the second. I didn't get a response when I emailed the proof of tracking. Hopefully, I don't have to contact them again. I received my replacement quickly, and the fan is not loud. I appreciate it and enjoy using it.

I ran this for a few weeks and it done a update that took over 15 min and when it got done it said that it had a problem with the update and it will remove the update so after another 15 min i was able to get in my computer i have used this computer about 12 times or less and today it done another update with the same error taking another 25 min removing the update. I have put about 3 programs on it plus a lot of picks an that is all, so to me for no more than i have used it I say it is a piece of junk since it cant even do a update witch i cant even control, so for that i will not even give it 1 star. this program will not let me submit with out clicking 1 star that i do not think it should have

The laptop I use at my store is running out of memory, and I wanted another computer that I could dedicate just to certain tasks. This desktop was inexpensive enough to give a try. It did not come with a monitor, but I had an extra one that I could use. The computer needed to be connected to the internet to get up and running on Windows 11. There were two little USB connectors in an envelope in the box with the computer, but they weren't mentioned in the instruction sheet, so I just set them aside. It turns out they were for Wi-Fi (and something else, I can't remember what) so I could not get the computer to work until I called the number that came with the computer and they explained what these parts were for. The instructions were only one page and were not well written. But once I got connected to the internet the computer has worked perfectly. They sent a gaming keyboard and gaming mouse with the computer, and I did not care for either of them. Fortunately, I had an extra keyboard and mouse which I am using instead.

Works perfect. You will need a display port connector to go from VGA monitor cable into back of computer. Unit has two display ports no HDMI ports. Buy your adaptor so you get by time your product arrives unless your current monitor has a male display connector on it Not HDMI You can get a HDMI to display port adaptor also. 8 dollar part on Amazon. Computer is very fast.

I got my computer , keyboard and mouse yesterday. Got it all hooked up as of yesterday computer is working great, mouse is good, but NOT the keyboard. All three items came together in one box. Some of the pieces for the numbers were loose in the box, I put them where they belong but the keyboard is sticking and not working. I would like a new keyboard sent to me since I did pay for a working keyboard.

This is the second Amazon Refurbished Dell computer I have purchased, and as long as they are offered, I will continue to buy them as needed. For price, quality, features, and dependability, you can not go wrong. By the way, the first Refurbished Dell I bought is still trucking along, doing duty in another capacity. It was simply time for an upgrade for my business.

The computer arrived in good condition. It was a long before I noticed there was no power cord there. Amazon's only remedy was to return the whole computer and not simply ship a simple computer power cord. I kept the computer at that point and simply bought a $12 power cord. Everything was going fine and then the mouse stopped working. Then the keyboard stopped working and the keys popped off here and there. I think the computer itself is okay but the components that you need to use it or either not there or so cheap it's ridiculous. Overall I'm upset with the experience because things that shouldn't be this way.

La publication disait bien (et c'est sur la photo) que la plus nouvelle sortie de Microsoft serait inclus dans le prix... Microsoft m'a demandé de payer quand j'ai branché mon ordi... et en plus c'est la vieille version... l'ordinateur comme tel fonctionne bien... mais je suis une petite vieille et les lumières dans le clavier et la souris... et bien... c'est un peu trop pour moi... je n'ai pas encore essayer le CD player si les clés USB... j'espère bien que tout fonctionnera bien...

Horrible

The computer is excellent. I wouldn't know it's not new by the way it looks and runs. I couldn't afford the specs if buying brand new. Of course, the true test of a refurbished PC is how long it lasts. I have no reason to expect any problems down the road (fingers crossed). Also, I had to contact Tecnocanada about a missing adapter. They responded immediately and resolved the issue (ends up I had it after all - it was in the keyboard box). Great service.
