Works brilliantly
This is a great product at a great price. Installation can take a little while to get it to fit properly. Setting up the pin code is a bit tricky. I would recommend that you get some small pliers to pull out the pins as the ones supplied just are not going to do the job. If you use small pliers you can set the code quite quickly. Read instructions though as the pins need to be set in order. Cracking price though

Nice bit of kit, make sure they screw hole sizes measure up to the old one if replacing.
Was supposed to be the same make and size so I could use the the holes but turned out slightly smaller so had to drill new ones and still use the original bolt hole for locking. Easy to change the code. But not sure what would happen if I lose/misplace the spare bits. Maybe design flaw and have a few spare slots inside for the extra bits if code needed changing in future. Overall good and easy to use.

Excellent Quality - easy to set.
Great product, not sure what other buyers mean by difficult to change codes, we bought three of them and wanted all them on the same code, so changed 2 in about 15 Min with a screwdriver, Simpleeees as they say. Good quality because we had similar rubbish before in our old building, these are very well made and complete kits with no bits missing. All in all.... 5 out of 5

bought as a replacement lock
Having broken the last lock trying to alter the combination, I was pleased to find a low cost replacement. The delivery was very speedy which was just as well, and the fit was perfect. If you are looking for a good solid lock I would highly recomend this one.

Very good with one reservation.
Looks good, feels well built and strong, and a good price. I have only had it for a couple of months, so make no real comment about durabilty, but I feel it will last. ONE RESERVATION, BUT QUALIFIED! A nightmare to change the combination. I had a skilled craftsperson help me fit this, and it took 2 hours to work out how to set the combination, and the rest of the day to fit. A fair degree of careful DIY skill needed to fit. However, when I mentioned this to the Amazon seller, Comyn Ching, they offered if I ever buy another, to set the combination for me before dispatch. May I also add they were increadably helpful with product detail questions when I contacted them. Wonderful customer service.

Functional lock with brief Installation instructins.
This is a perfectly functional pushbutton lock with a holdback facility. I was disappointed with the installation instructions which should have had better images and detail but I figured it out. Do take your time to mark up the mounting holes for the internal handle and external pushbuttons because the distance to the edge of the lock is very little. There are good instructions on changing the opening code of the lock.
