**NOTE: I would give this a 4.5 if I could, but I've rounded it up to five stars for the purpose of this review.** Despite my hesitation at the negative reviews I bought this package with money from my family for Christmas, after using a 6 year old laptop for games. It was high time for an upgrade. And i'm so glad i did! Though the price may seem high you do get a lot with this order, all of which is good quality and has served me well over the past few months. The PC itself is fast, doesn't overheat and can play the latest games at a reasonably high graphics setting. I had a minor issue with Windows 10 after an update (the start bar wouldn't appear and some icons could not be clicked), but I must stress that this is Microsoft's fault, not Vibox. Restarting the computer fixed the issue immediately. The monitor is sharp and clear and the keyboard is very good; there have been no key jams thus far. The mouse is reliable, but feels a lillte light in the hand and cheaper than others I have used. This and the fact that i would like a mouse with more side buttons for MMO gaming means that I plan to replace it in the future, but this is not a pressing concern; the provided mouse works well. The headset is the only part of this package i am not particularly pleased with. The ear pieces become uncomfortable quickly, and personally, I found that my ears began to hurt after about an hour. My biggest issue is that the microphone did not work at all and this particularly frustrated me as one of the main reasons i bought a PC is so that I could play online with my friends, and therefore needed a microphone to speak to them. I bought a replacement headset (A Logitech G430 Surround Sound Gaming Headset - which i highly recommend. It's the best headset I've ever used!) and the provided headset is now used for my PS4, which i use less often than my PC. Overall, I highly recommend this package. I have seen worse PCs sell for a higher price, and for all that you get this is a fair amount. If you are a more hardcore gamer, I would suggest replacing the mouse, headset and possibly the keyboard later on, but this is an excellent starting point! JAG :)

Hi, I purchased this PC for my Son as a Christmas Present. The spec looked good as he wanted a " Gamers " PC. I checked the order on receipt but I didn't want to start it before the day as I wanted him to be the first to use it ( MY BAD ) sure enough he seemed delighted when he opened his present... His joy didn't last long... Like a previous Reviewer we had the black screen on start up, I tried everything to get it going which I managed to eventually by downloading and installing another copy of Windows 10 ( took all Christmas day ) he had an hour with but the magic had pretty much gone by then so we switched it off and went for dinner... On re-booting we got the black screen again! Enoughs enough we left it alone and I made arrangements to return it, another unit was received a few days after Christmas. This booted ok but was so slow..... I've since returned the whole order and received a refund. We paid £629.99... I now see it listed at £799.99... Good luck if you decide to buy.. We're off to buy one from John Lewis.

A good price for what you get, the ease of having everything included is absolutely fantastic (well, you'll need speakers). It is hard to fault this deal, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a mid to high end gaming rig. That is, apart from one minor and one slightly more major issue. First, when it was delivered, the graphics card was not attatched, meaning it was rattling around inside the computer case, and even scratched the clear plastic when it had been in transit. Now, this seems to be the only damage, and it was a simple matter to attach the card, so no worries there. However, the one issue I have with this PC is the the CPU fan is extremely loud, I'm talkinh FAR beyond what it should be. It's possible the unattatched graphics card damaged my fan, so I would recommend it, and I'm awaiting a response from the seller on what they might do for me.

I ordered this computer as I needed one for college and also for PC gaming. The order arrives in 2 boxes, one with the monitor and the other containing the tower, keyboard, mouse, speaker set and a box with all the discs and manuals for the individual component parts. The system is very well packaged but is also easy to remove from the foam inserts. I set up the entire system within about 15 minutes. The quick setup guide states that there's a Windows 8 activation key printed on the side of the tower, however, mine wasn't there. This was quickly resolved in a call to Vibox customer support where they sent out a Windows 8 boot disk and activation key along with a USB WiFi adaptor which was also missing from my order. If your system has the same problem as mine, don't worry, you can still use the computer without activating the OS. The case itself has lots of bright blue LED's which look amazing in the dark. Please bear in mind that when plugging in your monitor(s), use the ports for the graphics card and NOT the standard ones attached to the motherboard as these are disconnected. Pros: - Fast delivery; I ordered it on Friday and received it the following Thursday. - Easy to set up. - Very good value for money. - Very good price for the components inside. - PC is quiet and runs at pretty low temperatures. - Brilliant UK customer service. - Tower looks beautiful and powerful. - CPU and GPU works well with a lot of the current games and software. - Comes with a year's free BullGuard security subscription - UPDATE THIS ASAP AS THE VERSION PROVIDED (12) ISN'T COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS 8 Cons: - You should probably invest in better speakers as the ones provided don't give very good sound quality. I was so excited to get this PC. But currently its crashed completely 4 times now. I've only had it 2 days! I installed the nvidia drivers, etc.. but nope. I played League of Legends on medium settings, something which my previous laptop handled fine, and after about 20 minutes of game play the ENTIRE pc crashed and was unresponsive. To add to this, the nvidia drivers have crashed repeatedly too. Not entirely sure whats going on OR whats wrong, but this PC has had nothing but problems from the start.

This was a Xmas present for my son and I was amazed it arrived promptly as had heard of other suppliers taking forever. The pc was superbly packaged and the screen was individually packaged to give added security. The initial set up was faultless and the prompt sheet provided made set up very easy. The speed of the processor is amazing, the graphics card is stunning quality. My son is a serious gamer and while watching him play, I was amazed at how real the effects were, how clear the picture quality was and how fast the pc reacted to commands. Well worth the money and would highly recommend as a gamers pc. Cannot state how flawless the service was from start to finish and the blue led design gives a more dramatic effect when switched on.

We purchased this computer on an Amazon lightning deal on Prime day. My son had been after a powerful computer for a while, as he makes music and needs a decent machine to do this. The computer arrived and was a little fiddly to set up (monitor was supplied with two leads, but didn't say which one we should use!). When my son got it up and running, the included wifi dongle (WHY is it not built in?!) wouldn't find our router (but found every other one on the street!), I had to reconfigure our router in order for it to be found. Just to clarify, this wasn't an issue with our router, as all of our other electronic devices (tablets, phones, computer) have never had any issues finding/connecting to it. Even after this computer recognised the router, it was hit and miss as to whether it would connect. Sometimes it would take half an hour or more to connect! Then my son got the "black screen of death" (personally, I preferred it when it was blue, more colourful!), contacted Vibox who recommended he booted from the Windows disk as it was probably a driver issue. My son followed their instructions and the computer worked again, but only for a few days when it just wouldn't load. My son reinstalled Windows (lost a bunch of his work in doing so, so very upset about it!) as there wasn't anything else to do, but after so doing, the computer reverted back to the black screen (would load the Windows logo, then nothing). I contacted Amazon who said they could either refund, or partial refund so we could pay to get it fixed! Not a chance, this PC has been nothing but trouble from the start and we want to get rid of it so we can go to PC Specialists and get one that actually works! So now it sits in our dining room, boxed up again (not an easy task!!!), waiting for the courier tomorrow. We now have to wait for the money to come back into our account (could be 10 days or more!) before we can buy another, which is upsetting and annoying at the least - my son relies on a computer to make his music, which is his obsession (he is Autistic and music is his thing!). To rub salt into the wound, Amazon have refused to offer a voucher of goodwill for all the hassle caused by this infernal machine! Lesson learned, never buy a Vibox PC!

although the pc has good components which is quite good for gaming. for example it ran saints row 4 on 45 frames per second. however the build quality is very bad. the wiring in the pc is not the same as shown in the images of the pc, i had this pc for 3 days and the L.E.Ds started to fall apart. The keyboard/mouse is very bad the pc it self costs £570 and the keyboard and mouse costs maximum of £50 and the screen does not cost any more more than £150. i would of not mind paying this much for the pc however because the build quality is not good, i don't think this pc is worth the price. there are much better pc for this price range

Non avevo intenzione di comprarmi un computer da gaming, ma poi ho trovato questo computer a 300€. Si vede subito che è stato assemblato da esperti, infatti i fili sono tutti nascosti dietro, è tutto molto ordinato, in modo che potete godere dello spettacolo dal lato del case trasparente. Il computer è esteticamente molto bello, crea un bellissima atmosfera di notte. Appena l'ho accesso ho notato che la ventola della CPU girava sempre al massimo dei giri, ma è bastato attivare il quiet fan dal bios per renderla meno rumorosa. In oltre ho notato che non c'era una ventola di espulsione, ma ce ne era una di immissione. Spostata la ventola di immissione sopra, in modo che buttasse l'aria fuori, la temperatura è diventata costante. Un altro fattore che ha creato rumore è l'hard disk: le vibrazioni dell'hard disk erano molto forti perché i tappetini di gomma non erano di qualità. Una volta aggiunti i tappetini di gomma col biadesivo, il computer è diventato silenzioso. Buono l'abbinamento della gtx 750ti con un fx4300, non si verifica bottleneck, e i 16gb di ram e 1tb di hard disk non impongono limiti. Grazie a questo computer ho potuto godere di capolavori come dishonored, bioshock infinite e deus ex human revolution, tutti a frame per secondo perfetti. Nonostante le manualità che ho dovuto fare sono pienamente soddisfatto. La cosa che mi ha spinto a dare 5 stelle è che se avessi assemblato questo computer con gli stessi componenti avrei pagato anche di più!

Es genial el ordenador, viene con un panel de información que te indica si esta nuy caliente, la temperatura la pone en formato digital, te dice el tiempo que lleva encendido y para jugar a juegos tipo moba es genial y maravilloso. Funcionan genial

Equipo inclompleto. No llegaron ni pantalla, ni teclado. Solamente cpu y a la cpu le faltaban componentes como la tarjeta grafica y la memoria. Una verguenza. Devolvi el equipo y me reintegraron el dinero. Solamente 15 dias con el dinero retenido. Muy mal en este caso la atencion al cliente de amazon.
