Good quality B- complex supplement
I've been using this B-vitamin supplement for a little while now, and I'm quite happy with the results. What I really like is the size of the tablets—they are absolutely tiny and so easy to swallow, which is a huge plus. I've also noticed a small but definite boost in my energy levels, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Would recommend for b vitamin deficiency
I struggle to absorb vitamins naturally so taking the tablets is a must for myself. I live for these tablets (even the taste isn’t that bad). They come in a bottle so easy to store away and the tablets are not to large in size making them easy to swallow.

Check milligrams what you need before order
Not a best product, needs take more otherwise you can’t feel it. Next time I will check milligrams for sure
