Lactaid Fast Act Twice As Ultra, 12 Caplets

I’ve had trouble digesting Dairy for a few years now. Had one of these before eating cheese and I haven’t had any problems such as Bloating, Wind, Diarrhoea. Amazing.

As I age, I am developing an intolerance to dairy. I have found that avoiding the stuff is the best… however, if I’m dairy can’t be avoided. Or I have a craving for a dairy cappuccino, o have a table 3 minutes before I digest the drink.They work in that the effect of not having a tablet is clearly there! These tablets have no taste of you swallow them with lots of water. They are quite pricey but worth it when compared to not having them!!

I bought these after trying others that didn't work, but so far these are helping me to eat foods I have avoided for a long time. Long may it last!!!

I bought the small packet of these to see if they worked for me and they were amazing. I usually experience gas and really bad stomach aches, feeling sick whenever I have dairy. I thought i'd test it out to the maximum so when the tablets came I ordered a pizza with double cheese, cheesy bites, fried cheese triangles for starters with cheesy potato skins and ice cream to finish. Normally I wouldn't be able to get through a slice of pizza but I finished half of it and all the starters without feeling sick once. I was a tiny bit gassy but it didn't smell like normal and considering I ate a lot of cheese I was very impressed.It worked for me but maybe buy the small amount to test it on yourself first.

Bought for my daughter who is lactose intolerant. She couldn't be more happier!! Worked first time using them. She is so happy to be able to eat all the things she's missed

I was incredibly sceptical but have to admit that they really work. I don’t get bloated at all. Next day number 2 is a little different but worth being able to eat cheese without bloating so much!

These have become something I like to keep on hand whenever I’m going to eat dairy. They’re small, easy to take, and convenient to carry with me when I’m eating away from home.I especially like the Fast Act version because I can take it right when I’m having a meal instead of having to plan far in advance. It makes enjoying foods with dairy much easier for me.The individual packaging is also convenient for keeping a few in my purse or taking them while traveling. I’ve had a good experience with these and will definitely continue buying them.

These work for me. In order to get the most benefit, you must take a tablet (or two if it's alot of dairy) with the first bite or swallow of the dairy product. This product has definitely enabled me to eat yogurt again without bloating!
