Definite must buy
I absolutely love this 2TB external hard drive! It was super easy to set up and use, even for someone not very tech-savvy. I can quickly back up my photos, videos, and files from multiple devices without any issues. The large storage capacity gives me peace of mind, and everything transfers smoothly. Definitely a reliable product I plan to use for years—highly recommend!

Great Customer Service
We love the unit but a problem arose with the auto backup. I emailed the company and within three days they corrected the problem, had me download the updated APP and it works great. Great response and Customer Service!!!

It’s works GREAT!
It’s works! I’m not a great computer brainiac, but this worked for me and I tested it for playback! It’s quite simple once you understand what to do. Mostly, just plug it in and follow the prompts. I stored 8 years+ worth of photos, videos, screenshots, to save space on my iPhone. It pulled the pics off of my iCloud too! It will store documents as well, but I just wanted it for pics and videos. NOTE: If you have a lot to store, make sure your iPhone/iPad is fully charged first and the ySky device too. It will pause the process, if you hit the stop button that appears in the App. Screen. Then, it’s searches to where it left off when you start it up again. Both the phone and the ySky got pretty warm during the process. But, it worked! It’s much better than my Toshiba drive I bought, that I can’t figure out! lol.

Useful for backing up photos and videos, though it does drain your phone battery a bit when you connected.

Great little device
I'm not really a techie so I was pleased how easy this was to use. 2 TB of storage. So it's double my online AND PC storage. Like how it has 3 cables built it. So a cable for PC, iPhone and Android, and they all attach to the device so you don't have cable hanging out. I have a real estate office and I occasionally have to transfer large files from PC to PC, so this device makes it very convenient. It also comes with an app you can install on your phone, and so I was able to upload all the pictures and videos on my phone to the app. Surprised how easy that was to do...
