Can you configure this to be plugged into a UK mains socket?

it have two cable, not come with socket, could add UK socket for it if need .thanks.

I’m using a very similar (grow, chinese) 220v to 12v supply to power a pcb & f/print switch. which terminals should i use to feed the pcb 12v input?
