Bought as a wedding gift for someone who loves to bake Came well packaged and looked excellent. Bride loves gift and is looking to buy the rest of the collection

UPDATE: I received my replacement very quickly, within a day and I’m pleased to say it all fits together perfectly, arrived in Excellent condition. My original rating was one star but now I’m happy to give 5stars based on the quick response, quick delivery and condition of the cake tier. Now just to return the first one. First review: I Was so excited to receive, especially at it arrived in time for a VE Day tea party. The cup for the top tier would not go on, the screw was not long enough, there are 2 screws one longer than the other, tried both anyway and would not go together. Very disappointed. Hope fully the replacement will be better,

This is a lovely cake stand with the added feature of a matching cup for cream, etc attached. It is good that there is a variety of matching items, perfect for a nice afternoon tea. The only downside was that I had to return the first one delivered because the cup was chipped. The second one came with no wrapping around the box and as it was for an engagement present the worst thing of all was that the address and barcode labels were stuck to the outside of the box. I had to used some sticky glue remover to get the labels off with enough to do.

The quality of the chinaare itself is good. But its fiddly to put together and not the most stabke tea stand. But it looks great and the designs are really nice.

Excellent product. Highly recommend. High quality. Elegant and sturdy.

After being worried about reading reviews of the 3-tier cake stand arriving broken or with missing parts but knowing my Girlfriend would absolutely love it, I ordered in time to be able to order another just in case. I needn't have worried as it arrived perfectly in tact, with all of the rubber and metal washers as described in the instructions too (what you'd expect from a V&A set really....). Sturdy when built, but obviously care needs to be taken with this kind of item as to not accidentally chip/break etc but I think that's to be expected with the nature of the product. Will be adding more parts of the set overtime I imagine!

Parts don’t match, rubber washers that were missing and had to find replacements, bent post stand. This item should have been quality control checked before sending out. Disappointed bought a while ago so couldn’t return. Design lovely but suggest if purchase, check careful when received, costly item if it is not as it should be- I think this may have been a returned item.

Lovely cake stand - matches the Alice set perfectly, design is lovely and intricate; very well packed for shipping; arrived in perfect condition and shipping was much quicker than expected.

El material es bueno, viene perfectamente embalado y hasta el packaging es bonito. También he comprado una taza y una tetera y todo vino perfecto. Solo tengo buenas palabras. La persona a quién se lo regalé (coleccionista de Alicia) está enamorada ♥️
