Ab Belts Gel Pads - Black

I really feel that EMS works as it does contract muscles that can be hard to reach, I must say as a Personal Trainer that nothing will replace a good exercise regime and a healthy balance diet. Now speaking of contracting muscles this machine and these pads , (which are the most important part in my opinion) really do give lots of muscle contractions and you will definitely notice a difference in muscle tone within a few weeks but it comes down to getting rid of the surface fat to really notice a difference and that means diet and exercise. Now I tend to use these a lot in the run up to summer or holiday and they are a godsend as I get better definition in areas that are hard to reach. Just remember they are an aid to a goal and not a solution and you will not go far wrong. Ok so the pads, they are of a good quality, they are not to expensive but I do not replace them every 20 - 30 uses.

May I just say that I agree with other reviewers here regarding their comments vis a vis the slendertone system, however, from my experieince, whilst the system is good, the pads only last around a month before they start to wear. It may be because I am hirsute and I realise that most of the reviewers on this product are probably not, as they are all ladies, however, after a month, I notice that they do get quite worn. I am fortunate in that I have been able to acquire some gel from work, which we use with patients to undertake medical tests (I purchase it from them), which extends the life of the pads for a week or so, but ultimately becomes a bit messy and so I purchase replacements. I suppose at just under £9.00 a month for a toned up abdomen, which sadly I cannot exercise like I did in my youth, they are worth the money, however, I would not give them a five star rating on the basis that we use products of s similar nature at work for diagnostic tests on humans, similar size and certainly the same type of material and gel and I can by almost 200 for the price that I pay for these.

This is most definitely a polarized device. Some people love it. Some people hate it. I, personally, love it. I am a college student, I naturally lose body fat very quickly (my muscles show even without working out, I guess that's what happens when you use your brain too much as an Astrophysics major haha) so this device became a no-brainer to me as I never needed to shed the weight, but rather build the definition. If you're overweight, obese, or you just have a lot of pudge going on in your midsection, I'd advise you to pick up a cardio program, do some calisthenics, heck even do some ballroom dancing. Something to get rid of the fat. Because that is what makes this product work. If you need more definition (or tone; basically just a better "showing" 6-pack or flat belly), this will work but you need to be patient. Eat very healthy, do some exercise (or at least try to walk/climb stairs everyday), and refrain from eating salty foods and lay off the beers and you will see a noticeable change to your belly. A lot of people gave negative reviews on this and honestly, when it comes to these type of machines, it really is up to how your body reacts to it. I gave you a guideline of myself because there is not a heck of a lot of skinny college guys that review this thing. Overall, I enjoy it a lot. It works FOR ME, but it absolutely may not work for you and I wish there was a way I can review the product with less of a bias of myself but unfortunately, that is how these things work. It's all up to you, your habits, and how your body handles the vibrations. They hurt A LOT at first, but eventually you'll get used to them. My recommendation is to start at 20 on both sides and increase by 2-5 every 5-7 minutes for about 30 minutes a day. Or you can be superman and take it straight 50+ but you WILL be in for a rude awakening if you never used this product before. The top review has a very handy method of preserving the pads but eventually you will have to buy at least another pair, no biggie. It's 8 or so dollars as opposed to going to the gym (I don't have space in my house to exercise). Buy the electrode gel for a better contraction but it's not absolutely necessary. Don't overdo yourself. Muscles build when they are torn, not when they are being used. Drink lots of water and, I am very sorry for the tmi, be sure to have your bathroom ready for you on your first few days. But this device has definitely helped out my abs to show more and in turn, they help my back become more stable and less in pain when I am confined in chairs all day. Utilizzo i prodotti splenderono da 2 anni ormai e mi trovo benissimo…gli elettrodi di ricambio funzionano in maniera efficace e si mantengono in perfetto stato anche dopo molte sessioni di allenamento…sicuramente meglio dei compatibili che arrossano la pelle e perdono di aderenza dopo i primi utilizzi
