Great for DIY will cut different matterial easily
Assembly took a little while, once up and running its quite loud, I wear ear defendrs so that's not an issue, I woul suggest that you should wear them however to avoid ear damage . The machine cuts wood and metal easily very Impressive actually. The blade is obviously a compromise as it Cutts sll sorts of things . How long it will last I don't know. Its not the most accurate measuring scale on the machine, however as long as you double check measurement it does the job. I've just cut through 15 tubular steel bars 15mm thick with ease. I can recommend this item its not a Makita or Dewalt, but is very cheap and dies the job well. All Mtmy other tools are makita ( sliding mitre saw) and its not in that league at all but its 3 times cheaper and for occasional use its brilliant. I don't think it would last as a ' work a day tool' But I know that not what or who it was designed for. I'm a fussy buyer and I'm well pleased with the price and what it does.

Considerably better than expected and previous reviews
For the price I have to say it’s better than I had expected and than previous reviews I’d read. Something that seems to be a common feature, people reporting damage when their brand new table saw arrives, this was also the case for me, some deep scratches on the extensions and body parts. Very simple to construct and out of the box it’s pretty damn accurate. People had reported that the multi mat cutting blade doesn’t/ didn’t cut totally clean, well I’ve been cutting near 2” thick hardwood ply sheets, 4” hardwood planks, they are straight, true and clean, this may change as the blade dulls just like any blade. The fence has been a complaint area, it is short and really should lock both sides of the table, but after I used a level and straight edge, I tightened the screws holding the fence to the guide run and it’s been perfect, no movement and I haven’t had to clamp a plank behind it yet either. Dust extraction is pretty decent, I dare say would be even better if I had my dust extractor hoover attached not a standard hoover. Blade guard can be a pain in the ass, I marked a straight line from the side of the blade to edge of table to help with lineup and works great. It’s stable and sturdy with work on it and thus far done everything I’ve wanted from it, so I’m happy

Nice table saw for the price range with a couple little issues.
I had been looking to purchase a saw table for the garage as i was often needing to cut long strips down in width so had been looking at a few options available. There were a number of option that were cheaper and a lot which were a lot more expensive. I have an evolution sliding mitre saw which i have never had any issues and has always worked well so i decided to try them again for the saw table. Something i liked was that they are a british company and if you need any help you are talking to someone in the country. When i purchased this, i was one of the first and it had only just been released, replacing the Fury 5 table. As there aren't many reviews i wanted to leave some of my thoughts and impressions. The table comes in a fairly large box. be prepared to spend an hour or two putting it all together. The legs, braces, nuts and bolts etc all come within the main body. Some were a little awkward to remove. If it is tight, turn the wheel on the front to raise the blade mechanism, this will give more space to remove the components. Just take your time, follow the instructions and shouldn't be any problems. For aligning the side metal wings, its best to retract the blade and use a flat surface. Turn the saw upside down and start fitting the wings. So long as you assemble on a level surface you should get a pretty accurate table top. The big advantage of the evolution products is the blade. If you think you may want to cut more than just wood then this is a great choice. It can cut right through wood even if it has nails in it. Will also cut plastic and softer metals like aluminium. As expected at this price range the machine has a plastic body but i haven't found this really causing any problems. Its stands stable and functions pretty well. The wheel at the front is easy to turn and allows adjusting of the blade height. You can pull the wheel out and turn it to adjust the angle of the blade so you can cut mitres. The machine comes with a plastic push stick which fits on the side of the machine body. There is also a measurement rule which is the full length of the table top. This is handy as other tables often have a rule that doesn't extend over the wings. There is an adjustable angle push which slides within the guide rail to help feed and but wood at right angles or various other angles. I tend to just use my sliding mitre saw instead of this. Its not too bad if you don't need deadly accuracy but there is a fair but of play in the guide so it not the most accurate. I had a couple issues which i will mention in case you find yourself in the same boat.... In general i think its normal to cut with the blade only half a tooth or so above the material being cut. I found though that the blade had to be much higher otherwise the material got stuck at the rear of the blade guard which wasn't clearing it. To fix this, take off the plate round the blade (power off, of course!), raise the blade to its full height for easier access, loosen the black metal blade guard (riving knife) behind the blade (which the blade guard bolts onto) and raise it up so the hole the blade guard connects to is level or slightly above the blade. Tighten and put the guard back on. This solved it for me with proper clearance. The only other issue i had was the riving knife seemed to be very slightly out of line, perhaps a mm to the left of the blade. Although this was only a fraction it can cause the material to catch. I think This won't be general and i was just unlucky as its normally set at the factory. i did have to adjust mine slightly though which i shouldn't have needed to do. Overall its a nice machine and i have already had good use from it. Hope this is helpful to some of you that are trying to decide. Plus i do like the yellow and black!

First table saw, and seems to be a good 'un.
Not had it too long, and my first table saw. Nothing too desperate about putting it all together - which mostly concerns the stand and side extensions. Locating and aligning the front measurement section was easier than I thought it would be (just because it comes in two parts I thought it might be a problem). Everything seemed to be accurate and precise when checking it all after putting it together, and my first cuts were spot on in terms of width and being cut square. Bear in mind this is only after a few cuts after just a few days, but don't envisage any problems. Cuts smooth and accurately, with a nice and stable table and extensions. I've only got a very small space to operate in, so the fixed side extensions make it a bit of a problem to tuck out of the way when not in use, but that's a small oversight on my part. It is noisy (as has been mentioned), and the only thing that looks like it might be a bit suspect is the blade guard which is a tad floppy in the horizontal plane so thinking it might end up fouling the blade at some point (though could be wrong I guess). Other than that, I can't compare it to other table saws so can only say it seems well built, blade cuts smooth as anything (which seems to be most peoples major buying point for this saw) and the instructions were easy to follow for assembly and use. Overall can't really fault it to date.

Great machine does exactly what it says on the box.
Reading the other reviews I was at first a little suspicious as to this being a sturdy machine and suspect the alignments suggested by some reviewers, also the complication of assembly. My opinion, if you had these difficulties then you should not be buying let alone using this type of equipment. I find it's very sturdy, the switches are ideally placed, to turn off just press the cover shut, and the cover is there for safety purposes. The side extensions are very firm and stable. The front mounted rule could have been in one piece, would have been better, suppose it's in two should you not wish to use the side extensions. Not a noisy machine as some suggest, then this was not my first table saw. The side fence has to be aligned with the blade before accurate cuts can be made, (this is explained in the instructions). The fence is not easily used on the left of the blade, not sure if this can be done, would be one improvement I would suggest, but not a problem. I found the unit was not a heavy as I originally thought, I assembled it in our conservatory then carried it into the garage with the help of my wife, only problem we had was the getting it through the door opening. First cuts were in Conti Boards, three lengths 6" wide by 24" long, no problems, great clean cuts, very little chipping. Trimming a clean edge on a piece of exterior ply was next. All in all a great machine, can't wait to use it again. Would suggest buyers get a vacuum attached to remove the saw dust.

Excellent Machine
Have used this a few times now and it is proving to be a very versatile and impressive machine. Was concerned it might be a bit of a 'toy' for the price, but definitely not. I have used it to cut 2 x 240 x 120cm ply boards into planks to make shelving for my workshop. Then used it to trim pine boards to 2cm to make edges for the shelves - made both jobs very easy. Have cut the best tenon joints I have ever managed and, along with a router table bought at the same time, have almost finished making a replacement sash window!!! Very impressed - I bought an evolution hand held circular saw a few months prior - it has the same blade and is equally impressive. Only downside - as others have noted - is the flimsy fence - fine for light work (like the pine strips) but for heavier jobs, a piece of aluminium angle and a couple of clamps sorted it out. Also light enough to be easily moved by one person - I keep in out of the way in the tool store and move it into the 'limited space' workshop as and when needed.

Review of Evolution Fury S-5 Saw Table
Packing The saw table arrived adequately packed and sufficiently for the purpose intended. Unpacking All parts required for putting together the table saw were found as required and in sound condition. Unit Assembly Approximately two (2) hours, which is considered satisfactory. Multipurpose Blade The blade provided was found to work very well with wood, plywood, MDF (all of different thickness). Table Extensions and Support Struts The table extensions and their support struts were found easy to assemble. Application of weight on the extensions resulted in deformation where the supports are bolted. Care has to be taken to ensure that the extensions are level with the main table. Leg Set, Cross Braces and Rubber Feet The legs, cross braces and rubber feet were very easy to assemble. Blade Guard with Extraction Port The blade guard was found not to lift when the board to be cut came in contact with it, so it had to be arranged above the board to achieve an uninterrupted cut. Dust extraction Hose The hose shares the same extraction point as the extractor for the blade of the saw table. This impairs the efficiently of both systems when connected to a vacuum cleaner. Mitre Gauge and Anti-Bounce device The “T”-rod which inserts in the inverted “T”-slots of the main table has considerable play, once in place, and care must be exercised when using it to compensate for this situation. The anti-bounce device is a helpful addition. Adjustable Rip Fence The rip fence may be placed on the left or on the right of the blade. The design of the fence leaves a lot to be desired. It consists of two (2) extruded aluminium parts which even when the handle is locked on the fence rail still result in the fence ending up with considerable and unacceptable deviation from true (i.e. remaining fully parallel to the blade) at its free end. It must be mentioned that the fence in its extended position falls well short of the table end. It is my view that the manufacturers must replace the current disappointing design with a system that once set parallel to the blade remains true. I have removed all parts associated with the original fence, including the rails, and I have replaced them with a plywood system that remains solid once locked, with its working face parallel to the blade plane. Table Insert and Riving Knife The table insert is manufactured with clearances, on either side of the blade, which allow strips of the material that is being cut to enter the blade hanger frame and dust cover assembly and end up resting on its bottom. It is very difficult to get rid of these remnants without removing the main table top, let alone the fact that such remnants prevent to blade from being able to fully withdraw in the blade hanger frame and dust cover assembly, so that it does not end up protruding above the surface of the table top. When this happened, I had to remove the table top to clean the space from wood/plywood remnants. It was on this occasion that I realised that the hooks on either end of the dust cover were not engaged in the respective slots on the hanger frame, so I had to rectify this situation. The riving knife was found out to be of true with regard to the blade plane and this had to be adjusted as it interfered with the cutting process. Concluding remarks and marks: I have read some comments to the effect that “what should one expect from equipment of such low price”. I do not accept that one should ‘forgive and forget’ when one pays hard earned money, maybe some do not care. Evolution could have produced a very reasonable piece of equipment if they had paid attention at the trial period because at that stage they know what works properly and what does not. Note: I have not made any comments on the parts of the table that were found satisfactory.

Some parts are abit cheap an nasty but overall its a good saw for home use.
I dont do alot of wood work realy so this being my first saw i purchased this due to the price point over the bigger rage variant and in honesty as a home tinkerer just making little boxes and the like i find its very good. Plenty of power a good amount of adjustability in height etc. My only comments as to dislikes would be that the fence is poor in as it only locks one end its easy to move a few mill and mess a cut up. And also the mitre guide supplied is all abit here an there aswell. Other than that it appears well made and the assembly can be acheived in around 20/30 min fairly easily. Not a bad buy for the home user.
