i have been using this bench for several weeks now and i feel like i have a pretty good handle on the use. i was not able to be too picky when i ordered it, as due to covid-19 the selection was limited but i was finally able to get a bench for use in my home gym and was happy to be able to finally work out on something other than a rigged up setup. so first, what is good : packaging was great setup took 5 minutes. literaly a couple of pins and screws. the assembly is pretty much fool-proof the bench is light. Normally, you buy workout gear (and electronics) by the pound, so when something is light, it normally compromises somewhere but the design was very solid despite the weight. The light weight makes it really ease to fold and stow away. the bench has very good angles. Lots of options, proper angles for flat, decline,incline,and seated work. the holding pin has a positive engagement and is easy to operate. the padding and back are a good thickness and width. depsite being light, the bench is very sturdy. presses, flys, single arm work, raises.. everything was stable and the bench worked great. the bench is high enough to do bench dips, for most peoples (more on height below). what is not so good: the seat flares to the front, which makes stepping over during incline work a little challenging. it takes a few workouts to get used to. Not a real issue The bench is high. Meaning thaht when flat, it is pretty far off of the floor.

-This bench was way easier to set up than I was expecting, which was great! - Compact storage! I love how I can fold it up and store it instead of it taking up a bunch of space when it isn't being used. -Sturdy. I am 5ft tall and 200lbs and it holds my weight very well. Con: It's very skinny, which does make it hard for wider frames to sit on it and lean back for sit-ups. I need to make sure my weight is evenly distributed before leaning back. Overall I am very pleased for the cost and am excited to get good use out of it.

This bench works as advertised. Decent price for a standard ab bench. The pros include easy to assemble and fairly sturdy range of motion. The cons depends on size. The foot rungs are quite small, still useable, but small. I am over 6 feet and have to be careful when hooking my feet so they are secure. The bench itself will fit you, but you will feel a slight wobble. There isn't anything wrong with the bench itself, hence the four stars. Its simply going to fit smaller people better than larger people.

Got it today. It took less then 5 min to put it together. It is one solid piece and you just need to attach leg supporters to it. Was little sceptical at first. It was a great price and only like 200 reviews (some similar products have thousands, sometimes even 10k good reviews) but i ended up as a really happy customer. Plus saved $$$ on awesome quality product that was delivered the next day 😊

Received this tonight. I'm pleasantly surprised at how good the quality is for this fairly inexpensive Bench. Putting it together was a breeze 6 bolts and washers to attach the feet and 2 pins that was it and it took less than 5 minutes. Im pushing 220 and it holds me well, the bands are nice but I will say the latches for them aren't that great I mean the work but they could be alot better. Overall a great buy!

It took about 10 minutes assemble. Works fine on carpet. The bands are just bungee cords but the eyelets are useful.

It was simple to set up, and seems to be working great so far. Excellent quality bench for the price. Unfortunately, the bench that I received has some tears on the underside, as seen in the photos. It’s disappointing to receive a damaged product when you order it brand new, and then weighing whether or not to go through the hassle of returning it for an undamaged one.

Llevo casi un año con el y me ha funcionado de maravilla. Ideal si no tienes mucho espacio.

Es un banco de muy excelente calidad, los materiales son premium, tiene buena estabilidad; aunque es de metal es muy ligero y cumple con poder plegarse, no es nada complicado de armar y de plegar y desplegar EXCELENTE 👌
