This has been a great purchase and very happy with it! It looks good and so easy to set up. There’s the app and can easily link to Amazon Alexa account with ease and control using either apps. Possibilities of brightness and colours is endless! No noise at all. Excellent quality. You can also choose whether to have the lights moving, the speed of movement or for the lights to be still. I use this every night. Creates a beautiful peaceful mood while making my room look amazing.

Lamp is bright, with good vibrant colour, but the app to control it with your phone is almost useless and keeps disconnecting. Controlling the lamp without the app is impossible.

First off, the pictures/videos on Amazon use more than one of these projectors. If you want the same kind of effect you will need at least two. If you want the effect on the ceiling you need to place the projector down low (like the floor) to get the maximum coverage possible, but this means you end up looking directly into the projector light when you move around the room.I use mine in my bedroom and the bathroom; it creates a lovely relaxing ambiance and helps me to decompress. The fact that you can use it with an App rather than a remote is good, but it can be a bit glitchy. I move my projector from room to room and have to unplug it, and when I fire it back up with the App it doesn't remember the previous setting and always defaults to one of the Scenes, which is a bit of a pain. I have also found that if I use the timer, the timer doesn't cancel itself so when I use the projector again it switches off automatically with the timer. I went for the cloud only version as it was so much cheaper than either of the star ones, so the glitches don't bother me too much - had I paid more I would have returned it. It was also a bit of a pain to set up with the App as I had to mess around with the speed of my router in order for the WiFi to pick it up, but you can use it without the App if you're happy using a button to cycle through all the different effects.But for the money, it's quite good. The effect is very pretty and calming and it's a great way to relax at the end of the day.

Don't bother purchasing if you want use the app on an android device. It doesn't exist on google play store. The blisslight website graciously offers a link to an APK file to supposedly download their app (hosted on the sketchiest site full of dodgy ads), however this app is the legacy app which connects to their bluetooth devices. There's no way to download their latest app which connects to their wifi-enabled devices. The projector is just stuck on one colour with no ability to change it without an app. Waste of time and money, will be returning it.

It has a very small area of coverage which is very disappointing. Other projectors even cheaper ones can easily cover a ceiling, this can almost do half.Connects to the app fine and works fine, just a very small light. Would definitely go with a different projector if you’re looking to light up more than just a small corner of a room

A good quality product just what the 9 year asked for Xmas absolutely loves it.

This small star projector is the same as all the others, but at half the price! Am pleased overall with the unit though it could do with being a little brighter and having a wider area coverage, at 10 ft from the projector to the ceiling I am getting a 3mt square coverage at best. That said for the money it is excellent value and all the othere projectors of this type have the same coverage and brightness issues. Lots of great slides to chose from over all very happy!

The colour system takes a bit of getting used to. It produces something approaching the hue you would want if you were to mix the colours displayed, e.g. you ask for gold and you get red, white and blue clouds. The white balance seems to get stuck at the last maximum when controlling by voice assistant. The lensing could have been a bit more interesting, rotation just rotates and doesn't offer any noticable motion of the cloud shapes like the skylite 2 did. That all said these do look good and certainly contribute to room ambiance so just lose a single star for the minor frustrations.
