is this the 12x13 stay puft?

No. Only the 8' version. The 13' is hard to find.

What is the size of this?

The Marshmallow Man is 9 feet tall and has a 8 1/2 foot wide span.

How loud is the fan? I am thinking of ordering this as an indoor decoration. I am just worried that the fan on it may be too loud. Thanks!

Hello, The fan is your typical base fan. It is definitely not quiet. You will hear it if you are using it indoors.
