Simple to Measure and Worked Well for My Mead
I bought this as part of stabilizing my first batch of homemade mead before bottling it. The amount needed is clearly stated both on the Amazon listing and on the packaging at 1/2 teaspoon per gallon. Since I was making a one-gallon batch, that made measuring the amount very straightforward. I used it along with potassium metabisulfite as part of the stabilization process before bottling. My mead has now been bottled for over a month, and I haven't seen any signs of fermentation starting back up. I can't attribute that entirely to this product since I used it as part of the overall stabilization process, but everything has worked as intended so far. There's also plenty in the container if you're making small batches like I am. Overall, it was easy to measure, easy to use, and did exactly what I needed as part of stabilizing my mead.

Works well
Arrived on time. Product works well to "kill yeast" prior to bottling. No "bottle rocket" issues since using this product. Does not seem to affect taste at all.
