do you need a slope for it to drain?

Hi Amazon customer, Thank you for your following. It would be better to slope the drainage tubing even slightly but the box does not require a slope. The length of the pipe before stretching is 16.14’’, after stretching length is 5.1 ft. More details please check the attached video. Hope this answer helps. Best regards, Magoog

Is there no where to just buy more of the 2.56 in diameter hose? I need it longer.

Hi Rebecca, Thank you for following. We’re afraid the extra 2.56’ diameter hose won’t be sold alone now. Your question just is very helpful. We plan to add a variation of the 2.56’ diameter hose to meet our customers’ need in the future. You can contact our service email to keep in touch with us so that we can advise you when it’s on market. Have a blessed day! Best regards, Magoog

Is there any wire inside the tubing (to keep the shape) or is it all entirely plastic? Thanks!

Hi Amazon customer, Thank you for following. We have reinforced the pipe inside with durable steel wire, which makes it not easy to be deformed. Will be strong enough to protect your house foundation. More details please check the attached video. Hope this answer helps. Best regards, Magoog

How big is the diameter of the hole for the pipe?

Hi Amazon customer, Thank you for your following. The diameter of the pipe is 2.56 inches. Length of the pipe before stretching is 16 inches, after stretching is 5ft. Equipped with stainless steel wire inside, the pipe is more durable. More details please check the attached video, thank you. Best regards, Magoog
