Works great and fit my dewalt.
Works well, I didn’t know how bad the old pad had gotten until I put on this new one, grads the sandpaper very well.

Superior pad, but use the original metal backing plate with this one.
Great replacement pads, although the original had a metal backing plate and these are plastic. I removed my old metal plate and added it to these just for piece of mind. They may be fine without it though. One reviewer said these are not "cushioned" like the originals. That is false! These are cushioned, but with a slightly stiffer cushion, which in my opinion, may be an improvement. The reason my original pad failed was the cushion was too soft and eventually disintegrated. I don't think that will happen with these. This cushion seems much more durable! My only concern is the plastic backing, but I think if you remove the metal plate from the original, scrape what is left of the old pad off, and mount it between the sander and this disk you will have a superior pad from the original. I have used it and it works perfectly for me. I am well pleased!

Perfect
Fit perfectly on my DeWalt DCW210 orbit palm sander. It’s just 4 screws to replace the old one. Very happy with it. It works great. I attached a photo of the new pad installed next to the old pad I replaced.

Perfect fit for DeWalt DCW210
These pads are a perfect fit on my DeWalt DCW210 sander. My only issue is that the Velcro let's go of the sanding disk after a while, but it could be the disks that I'm using.

Better than OEM. Fits my Dewalt 5' ROS.

Don't buy these. They melt and will be unusable in a very short period of time.
I was able to get through one small panel of plywood at a single grit and the pad became unusable due to melting. I compared the old (very used) Dewalt replacement plate where the foam had come off next to this melted one that didn't even last more than 20 minutes. Dewalt's is also plastic but it held fine? Unbelievable. I didn't see that there was a metal plate option because I only need a 1 to 1 replacement as I couldn't find the official replacement pad at Home Depot. Now have to take time out of my day to find another pad because I can't get through this project without a sander. How would I trust their other options??? Disappointed is an understatement.
