I placed one right outside my front door and one at the back door used most frequently. This definitely keeps mosquitoes, no seeums and other flying insects away from the doors and thus out of my house. My indoor Zevo traps have 75% less insects now and I have far fewer mosquito bites. NOTE - the oil will peel paint off the wall so make sure it either sits on something to protect patio/porch paint or hangs so that it’s not touching the wall! Well worth the $$ and highly recommended. (For reference I live in Florida where it’s hot and humid almost all year round).

Placed one each on front and back porch on a dish on the floor near doors. Add 25 mL every few weeks, pleasant aroma passive diffuser, not overwhelming. Refill can be purchased at Walmart. Going to get a 3rd for upstairs porch.

You can’t beat this deal for the patio egg. Everywhere else you would get one for this price. The patio egg works great for us here in Ohio. I don’t just use the oil that comes with it. I also use lemongrass, peppermint, etc. It’s decently durable for a ceramic piece, but if dropped it would break. He can’t beat this price anywhere else. Trust me I’ve looked. Highly recommend.

I bought one of these patio eggs back in the spring and it seems to help ward off the mosquitoes. Purchased this 2-pack to supplement the original and spread them around our outdoor living area. They look nice, smell good, and are effective.

Makes my front porch smell so good while keeping the bugs away.

Smells great. I think it works quite well. Looks great! Problem is... 2 of the 4 that I have purchased have had almost invisible hairline cracks. And the oil ends up leaking out and ruining my furniture 😭 I'm super bummed.

Like this product, bought some more. It seems to work. Not that many mosquitos. They go after me here in Florida.

I have purchased four since May 2025. They all leaked the oil after a few days from the seam in the egg, and break easily. I will not purchase again. Cannot tell if they work because of the leaking of oil. I'll just put the oil in a jar from Dollar Tree.
