Perfect, affordable solution for a second home-office setup
I work from home and occasionally like to office out of a different area of the house, but I didn't want to tear down my entire main rig just to move to another room. I picked this up as a secondary docking station for a more casual monitor setup, and it works perfectly for my needs.Setup & Performance:I have this hooked up to my work laptop and two monitors via HDMI. One thing to keep in mind: you’ll need to provide your own USB-C cable and power brick to juice it up. Just make sure you’re using a high-quality charging block to ensure the dock gets consistent power for all your peripherals. The Value:Compared to the price of a name-brand Dell docking station, the value here is incredible. While the more expensive docks might offer a few extra bells and whistles, this is exactly what I needed without the hefty price tag.Pros:Simple Setup: Very straightforward to get running.Dual Monitor Support: Handles two HDMI monitors with no issues.Compact: Great for a secondary or portable "mini" workstation.Bottom Line:If you’re looking for an easy, inexpensive way to run dual monitors from your laptop in another part of the house, this is the way to go. Great performance for the price!

Another good Anker product
Works beautifully. Compact and does not take up a lot of deskspace. Lots of ports. Recommended as are a lot of Anker branded products I have used in the past.

Reliable 11-in-1 hub for desktop mode and seamless connectivity
07/11/26:I picked up this Anker 11-in-1 USB-C hub primarily to tap into the new desktop mode feature available on the Pixel 10 series, and it has handled the task flawlessly. Setting it up is as straightforward as it gets—plugging it into the phone and connecting a monitor via HDMI established a clean, instant connection with absolutely no issues, flickering, or lag.In terms of functionality, it works beautifully for turning a mobile device into a workstation, delivering an experience very similar to Samsung’s DeX mode. Beyond the display output, the value for money spent is excellent considering the sheer variety of ports available, which leaves plenty of room for a mouse, keyboard, and external storage. The hub feels sturdy and well-built, giving me confidence in its long-term durability. It is a highly capable and reliable docking option for anyone looking to maximize their device's productivity features.

Great hub but has one annoying quirk
I've tried a few USB-C hubs over the years and this Anker 565 11-in-1 is the best one I've used, the sheer number of ports it gives you is impressive and everything is laid out in a way that makes sense so you're not constantly reaching around the back trying to figure out which port is which. Data transfer speeds are fast, the Ethernet works flawlessly, and being able to pass through 85W of charging to my laptop while everything else is plugged in is something I didn't realize I needed until I had it. The dual monitor support works great for Windows which is what I'm running and having all 11 ports available from a single cable connection to my laptop has genuinely cleaned up my desk setup a lot. The only thing that keeps this from being a five star review is that my main monitor will randomly disconnect and then reconnect about 10 seconds later, it doesn't happen constantly but often enough that its noticeable and a little annoying when you're in the middle of something. I haven't seen any Anker firmware updates so I'm not sure if it's me or Anker. If they ever fix that I'd give it five stars without hesitation.

Upgrade to a better one. This one isn't great if you have FAST ethernet.
Anker contacted me after a 2 star review and offered me a full refund. I love this company so very dearly. They are very kind.--- (old review) ---Honestly, I typically love Anker products, yet while using this one, my ethernet constantly goes out. I always find anker products super reliable but i constantly have to unplug this one, let it cool down, then plug it back in to get my ethernet to work again. Yes, I've checked my modem and router and that's not the issue. I just wish it was a higher quality product designed for fast internet.

Good product, I suspect, if it works. (Also Marketing Needs Improvement)
UPDATE:Nope, it's just the hub. :(It's either defective or not a good product, which is unfortunate. The stutter issue has been resolved, but I can still not use the dock to push an image to my secondary monitor (1080p).I spent several hours this evening updating drivers for my Lenovo Thinkpad E15 Gen2 (AMD) without success. FYI: This laptop DOES support PD+DP through USB-C, something I confirmed before trying to go down the USB-C route in an attempt to replace my ancient Diamond USB-A dock.An image was never sent to my second monitor, whether connected via HDMI or DP through the hub.In all cases, the monitor IS recognized by Windows, so some information is being communicated, just not an image to the monitor.During every attempt, when the monitor was first plugged in, responsiveness in Windows would stutter, lag, and generally respond slowly to my KB+M inputs until, eventually, the laptop caught up and was OK.I am highly disappointed and am considering returning both products, but the USB-C dock is definitely returning. It would be nice, but I don't need a 100W charger. My hope of replacing my current USB-A dock is diminishing at the price point I was hoping for, so we shall see if it's up to the task of the new 2K monitor I have on the way and go from there.Original:Buyer be cautioned:The Anker 565 USB-C also needs power for itself, which is evident if you think about it, but it's not stated anywhere that I could find, and it may not dawn on you until things aren't working quite right.Lack of power could cause many issues I've read about in reviews. The issue:Mouse movement would stutter every 5-10 seconds.Though Windows recognized my HDMI monitor in Device Manager/Display settings, no image was sent to it through the Anker hub.Current theory:So, the manufacturer's 65W USB-C charger for my laptop cannot FULLY power the hub with one connected HDMI monitor, two USBs, and Ethernet through the USB-C hub.I did not test the two USB devices (Keyboard and headset) as there was little need once the stuttering began, which was immediate.I have an Anker Nano 100W arriving tomorrow, and I will update the review once I've re-tested.Suggestion:My ask to Anker would be to *estimate* the power draw of their dock and list it somewhere with many warnings, etc.If they wanted to go above and beyond and add averages for peripherals and the like, that would be amazing, but if not, I would understand, as I'm sure that information could become dated fast.A power warning would have prompted me to consider the power charging situation, and I may gone with one of their docks (About a $100 increase) instead. But now that I'm annoyed, I'll purchase a 100W charger that I can use for my work laptop and elsewhere as needed. :)They are still getting my money, but not as much. They make amazing products, but small details like this matter to me as a consumer.

Great Adapter! Changing my rating to 5 stars
Update: By process of elimination, I was able to figure everything out. Firstly, I was using the 30W charger that came with the M1 Macbook Air and not getting the juice that I needed. I then used an Anker 65W I had for a phone in my household and it worked perfectly. I was also getting glitches on the 4K monitor, so I replaced the HDMI cable with a newer and faster one. It works perfectly now (so far), so I'm changing my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. All this being said, I highly recommend this adapter, I'm very happy with it now that I ironed out all the kinks surrounding my own set up. It does exactly what Anker advertises! I'd definitely purchase another in the future as a backup. Also, Anker support reached out to me immediately after seeing this review and offered a full refund. I definitely appreciate the gesture, but I'm going to refuse the refund.Original review:All the ports work as described except for the Power Delivery pass-through. I don't know if I received a bad unit, because my friend has an identical one and it works for him perfectly. My unit charges my M1 Macbook Air very very slowly, and it sometimes loses power while plugged in depending on the weight of the tasks running. That being said, I'm using the 30W charger that came with the laptop.I'm in Panama, so I can't send it back. I hope they see this and send me another unit.

Nicely made, reliable USB-C hub with nearly every socket you would want for an affordable price
I have tried other cheaper brands of USB-C hub and although they were cheaper they were poorly made or didnt work as promised and were tempremental. This hub works great, its nicely made and works as promised with plenty of connections to suit even a demanding user. I have mine wired up and using the below perfectly:1x Display port 34" 1440p monitor1x HDMI port 27" 4K monitor1x Wireless Keyboard & Mouse (Via single USB-A socket)1x Wireless Plantronics headset1x Logitech Webcam1x USB-C laptop power supplyMy advice would be to not go too cheap when buying USB-C hubs as you get what you pay for, Anker makes nice products.
