Love it! Helped my 4 year old nephew do this. Some parts were hard for him to put in so that's where I came in handy. He had a blast figuring out how the whole thing worked. I love that you can change up how the coins go. Each prize spot can hold two Pez packages if that helps anyone. Andes mints, gum balls, the candy it comes with, small pocket size prizes all fit well. Ring pops are too big. I think my nephew gets more fun out of how the whole thing works. It's also a great way to get kids to do chores. I gave the key to my sister so she controls it now. He asked me what he can do to get more coins and my sister had him pick up trash for a penny so he could get whatever was in the penny slot. Haha. Some people complained about how it didn't work great. It works fine as long as it's on a level surface. If it's off or your kid is causing it to move..things do not work smoothly. The package came perfect with no broken or missing pieces. 10/10 would recommend and buy again.

This ended up being a lot of fun for my eight-year-old. Really easy to put together for him, maybe took 30 minutes. I see a lot of complaints about it not working properly. It’s not rocket science. Make a few easy little adjustments and it will work great. For example, we kept having a problem with the coins falling out as they fell through the maze. Well, all you had to do is lean it back a millimeter or two and then it would work perfect. So we put a small dab of hot glue on the front of the white triangular stands. Works perfect. Sometimes things don’t work right out of the box and simple problem-solving needs to take place.

My box came with no shipping box around it and someone opened it. It was missing the candy, instructions and the billboard. Otherwise we were able to assemble it and the kids loved it! Amazon needs to make sure not to ship the box vulnerable like this. Either it opened in shipping or in the conveyor system and someone shoved by they thought belonged inside. Who knows. It was also missing a spring from factory. I used an old pen spring and stretched it out to match and it worked great. Assembly was easy but can be a bit flimsy on the obstacle course pieces. But it seems acceptable for what it is. I think it's worth the price though. Just not worth it if everyone is having parts fall out of the shipping box.

Got this for my son for Christmas bc he really wanted the M&D snack machine but he’s a little too big for that. Thought this would be cool to design and change, but the green pieces chute don’t stay hooked on and everything falls apart. Like the back part that holds the money, the pieces that hold the candy while the money pushes back. It’s all plastic and it feels like if you press too hard or move anything tooo much, it will snap. Most coins just falls straight out from the top dispenser shoot. The small pieces of candy fall out bc when you close the dispenser there’s a small gap when the holder folds and the candy slips right out. It’s a mess. I hate this thing and I was so excited for Santa to upgrade my son’s “vending machine” request. Such a disappointment and waste of money. Don’t let the few positive reviews and videos posted fool you.

Kids love it but coins fall out the front sometimes, nickels get stuck. Overall not disappointed I bought it but wish it worked better.

This product is super easy to put together. No tools required, just snap parts together by hands. The mechanics are so simple, there’s really no reason for it not to work except if you have a missing or broken parts situation. However, it does require that the instructions be followed carefully because some details are easy to be missed by a child, e.g., the orientation of certain parts. The finished product instantly became a hit with my 5 and 9 year old boys. They picked out all the smaller candies they got from the last Halloween, as well as coins from their piggy bank, and played with this candy vending machine nonstop. They plan on charging their friends for candies when they come for play dates and expect that they will gladly pay for them because of the fun of it. The boys also excitedly talked about where to source exotic candies to make their friends more motivated to pay, say, a trip to the Japanese store. Alternatively I think we can also turn it into a mini toys vending machine which is an added fun. On a final note, our kids are not looking to make money - their friends usually just come by anytime and rummage through our house for snacks. It’s really just for the fun of having a “vending machine”.

We got this for my son for Christmas and it was a little bit of a process to put together which I know is part of the fun. My main complaint is that the quality of the plastic pieces is very poor. Several of the plastic pieces have already broken. It’s a fun toy but very poor quality.

I did have to tape the back a bit so the coins would fall in the right place, but it's pretty cool! Great idea and pretty good execution. Candy was in good condition but I will not be including it. My kid will love putting random stuff in this and it's super cool that she can switch up the fall obstacles, but coins do flop out of it. Not perfect, but good value for under twenty bucks.

Product works great if following instructions exactly. Had a part break after normal use. Contacted support and they right away tried to send me the broken piece. Unfortunately, customs denied the package 3 times. So, Thames & Kosmos sent me a whole new set! Thanks for such great customer service.
