Great for dysphagia patients.
Thick-It has been a life saver for my father who suffers from severe dysphagia. He mixes Thick-It into his water to change the consistancy so he is able to swallow water without aspirating. My father says Thick-It does not change the taste and he prefers the liquid over the powder due to ease of use.

A good drink of thick wter.
my wie uses this and finds it helps prevent aspiration when drinking,it has no taste to bother her using it with juices or other drinks as a mix.The price is comparable with local pharmacies' except CVS often gives coupons for dollars of on anything so it helps offset the cost

Very convenient!
Our mom drinks it much better & more often than having to use the powder. She also likes adding lemo s, limes or orange slices for variety.

So much better than mixing from a powder
Still couldn't get my father to drink this stuff even though it did help with his throat clearing. He only agrees to take a little bit each day. However, I love the ease of using this product already mixed rather than using the powder. He will only drink this straight, will not let us put in his food or drink.

Tastes HORRIBLE
Absolutely disgusting flavor.. and will definitely taint anything you mix with that same disgusting flavor. Tastes similar to licking a dirty metal pipe. One would expect the horrible taste to dissipate when this is mixed with anything more pleasantly flavored, but nope - that same disgusting taste remains in all instances. And "mildly thick" is absolutely "mild". Almost indistinguishable from actual water.

Great for a Client with Dysphagia
It is the second time I am ordering this product and it has been helpful for my loved one with dysphagia. I wish the bottles were of the 1.8L size . or sold the case of 24 and other juices such as apple. Variety in product is always good. Happy I do not have do mix it up as I am used to doing.
