Does the rgb have memory?

Yes, it has memory function. The RGB back-lights will show the color before you turned it off. Like you turn off the ON/OFF button in the middle of the panel, when you turn on the switch panel, it also shows the color before you turn off.

Will this work without the control panel thru the app, or must the control panel be connected?

There are TWO control ways: Bluetooth APP control and Switch Panel Board, they can sync with each other.

What is the name of the smartphone app to Bluetooth control the switch panel?

The Bluetooth APP name is "Switch panel". Or it comes with a QR code in the manual

What is the range of the Bluetooth. I plan on putting the acc wire to constant so I can leave emergency lights on/off.

The sense distance range controlled by the Smartphone to the control box is 34 feet (straight line distance and no obstructions), and if you encounter obstacles, may lose control.

Does the rgb switch panel come with an installation bracket?

We provide two types of installation brackets for both the 8 gang switch panel and control box. You can install them anywhere you want without the need to cut a big hole.
