Mix (Light) - USB-C Audio Mixer & Controller, 5" Display, 4 Knobs

The UI software is easy to navigate plenty of YouTube setup and tip videos way easier to use than a mixer and a lot more cost effective and the fact that it's all done in the windows environment is a big plus and it looks great while not taking up too much space on the desk the volume is clear the controls are easy to use and it's been very reliable with a single USB-C cable connecting it is as easy as plugging in a mouse or any other peripheral

I love this device now that everything is working, and I didn't see any other device with the same set of features I was looking for. I really want to give it 5 stars, but given the software issues I had, I just can't. Pros * Display Info - The screen for each knob has a user defined label and shows a list of apps associated with each knob. * Configurability - The software allows you to create multiple profiles to define what the knobs do. Each profile lets you define what to call each knob and drag and drop your open applications to one of the knobs. You can associate more than one app with a knob. For example, you could associate Chrome and Edge with a knob and control the volume of both apps with that knob. * Ease of Use - Once you get past some setup issues with the software and have everything configured the way you like it, it just works. Changing the volume or muting apps couldn't be easier. Cons * Flaky Software - Getting everything to work the way it should is rough. Sometimes things just don't work until you do some combination of restarting the app, restarting the computer, creating a new profile, moving a source from one knob to another and then moving it back to where you want it. * Price - To add the convenience of being able to change the volume on apps without opening the Windows mixer, I feel the price is a bit steep. * Build Quality is Mixed - Everything seems solid except for the knobs. They are wobbly on the posts they are mounted on. For the price, I expect no play in the knobs.

Awesome device! I'm not a content creator but I bought these as my speakers have no volume dial, and I was interested in separating program volumes such as Zoom and this did not dissapoint. I had some issues initially getting it to work, and it was very difficult to find out how to get ahold of BEACN, eventually I found them on Reddit (which I had to create an account for). Apparently they usually onlyconduct their customer support through Discord (which I wasn't about to download as I had already went out of my way for reddit) but one of their staff was kind enough to give me their Email and was able to troubleshoot my issue in no time and my installation and program was working awesome! My favorite feature as a host for zoom meetings is that my programing one of the dials for zoom, you can control the volume of your screen share separate from your speakers output volume. Very practical applications for non streamers as well. I often will watch a show or movie on chrome and play a game on another screen and it's awesome to turn one volume up or down seamlessly so easily. Great device. Get it!

To start off, the device worked well for a few days but now it no longer works. When the device goes into standbye mode, the backlight and screen remain on but does not register any inputs. Unplugging/replugging the mixer forces me to set it up as a new device and I have to go through the set-up process from scratch. This works for an hour and then resorts back to the same process. I've tried on 3 separate pc's and same issue. The software isn't intuitive enough for the setup to be done quickly and it takes some time for me to get my settings so it isn't really worth the hassle of reprogramming the volume knobs every hour.

Came from the full sized GOXLR. I wanted to simplify my setup while having a more modern update. This device is beautiful. worked great, when it worked. App would crash. I experienced very many crashes when switching outputs but they would always be random…it worked most of the time. Screen is very clear. The BEACN started to cause issues with my computer and I was unable to boot to windows. Unplugged and I was able to boot. Clean install of the BEACN app and reboot - same issue. New cable, same issue. I ended up going back to my streamdeck. Im sure there is an update by now but its not worth the headaches. Cool but my experience was lacking.

Absolutely love this mixer!!! With so little to do for set up its extremely close to a plug and play product. Im a regular PC gamer so the 4 channels to control is all I needed, if you stream, definitely get the step up version of the mixer with 8 channels. The mixer is well made, obviously aluminum would've been better but its not necessary as it still looks and feels great. The control knobs are very responsive as well as the mute option when you press in the knob. Great product would definitely recommend for those that dont stream and only need audio control for a mic, music app, game, and Discord.

At first I was thrilled - it was easy to set up and just what I wanted. Then I moved some things around and ended up plugging it into a different USB jack, and everything went wonky. My audio was completely unusable. I checked the USB Jack's and they're all fine. I also tried reinstalling the software, but no luck. This thing seems to not handle simply moving to a different USB, so back it went. Fortunately, uninstalling their flawed software returned my PC to a working state. Buyer beware - I could have easily not noticed till after the return period!

This is seriously one of my favorite gadgets on my desk. Does it do anything unique that you can't do with software? No. Does it always work flawlessly? No. BUT it works most of the time outside of some rare update glitches and it's so damn useful. I have a complicated audio setup in my office with multiple audio chains, but when I'm gaming I like it to be simple. Enter the Beacn Mix. At the touch of a dial I can balance the audio levels of my music, game volume, system volume, and Discord volume. Playing with friends and want chat front and center? Dial down everything else. Maybe playing solo and need the perfect balance of music and in-world sounds? Again, turn a few dials and your personal audio mix is set. You can even quick mute applications individually, something I do with the game menu audio in between rounds. The one glaring con for me though: no button to switch which audio output you are adjusting levels for. If you open the software, you can toggle between two different audio outputs, say headset or speakers. I have three different output channels though and being able to swap between them with an extra button or a stream deck plugin would be awesome. I think for most people who only have one audio output, this will be a non-issue but those with more options or a more complicated setup should be aware. TL;DR Get it!

Amazing. There's nothing else on the market that can do this at this price point. A must buy if you're tired of playing with the Windows soundmixer to ear your friends over your game. Also perfect for video calls.
